Spices take your places. Everyone always guessed me as a Mel B or a Ginger bc I’m loud and crazy, but naw I’m my heart I’m a Sporty. Who’s your favorite Spice Girl? (I’m the least sporty person ever, but maybe bc I love her voice, her runs, and her essence. Also probably bc I wish I was sporty! Hahaha 🤷🏽‍♀️🥰💚🖤) taken in The Castro Theater by @flacoanthony

I had the pleasure of meeting @dominiquerenee_ at the DK Day26 show in DC. Remember Dominique the power house vocalist from Making the Band 3? Here’s a few clips of her performing with Chain 6 (almost all of Danity Kane) and her famous Deborah Cox piece that kept in the house… It was so great to meet you and chat with you. Go check out her YouTube channel where she reviews everything making the band, gives exclusive interviews with former MTB alumni and more!! ❤️🎙️🎤🎶 by @flacoanthony

Witnessing Danity Kane hit the stage with Day26 again after 18 years in Washington DC was such a special moment! Those mics were on!!
Having the privilege to get to be creative with people who are so talented, gracious, humble, and professional has been truly such a joy. Seeing firsthand the amount of work D.Woods and Aundrea put into their craft with so much passion/heart and it come to fruition live on stage is truly gratifying. (Fav part of the show is Drea spinning around when D hits her high note in the end of ‘Ride For You’ and ended the song hand in hand ☺️🫶🏽)

Did you guys know that 20 years later, STILL to this day Danity Kane remains the only female group to have its first two albums debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 — a historic achievement recognized by Guinness World Records. (BLACKPINK almost knocked them out of the covited spot, but their sophomore album released at #2 on billboard.)

It was great to finally meet you Nick! I had so much fun hanging out and getting to know you. My favorite clips from his interview with DK are at the end slides of this post and checkout the link in @gtgyk’s bio to check out the full interview on YouTube!! @letroydavis fabulous job as always!! It’s always wonderful/a blast to get to rock with you ladies and the team. @20yearsofdanitykane @yagirldwoods @aundreafimbres1

Check out their journey last month on the east coast and some behind the scenes leading up to show day. Stay tuned, the ladies of Danity Kane have more coming as they continue to celebrate 20 years… 💛🤍🎶🎤👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Today I took a few hours to just be low key, take myself out to eat, sit in silence without my phone and enjoy a meal alone.
Over the last year I’ve been none stop with doing 4781 things at once… In 2025 I got diagnosed last year with ADHD which wasn’t a shocker, always managed to multi-task and makes things work but over the last year years I noticed it interfering with everyday life. I finally decided to do something about it and it only took me two years just sit down and go make the appointment and do the assessment tests haha. At times I get told by so many people to just enjoy the moment, be present and stop always being on go, go, go But for me, all I’ve known all my life hustle, and telling me to slow down is something that I really don’t know what that means, 😂😝. It was very nice to take a second and just be still for a moment. We should all do that, even if we don’t know how to do that, teach yourself/force yourself to. 😀
And now back to the 1082 things that I need to get done! 🤷🏻‍♂️😎 by @flacoanthony

A whole full circle moment: In 2011 @yagirldwoods put out her single ‘Foolish Dreamer’ featuring @shanellyoungmoney & @kylelucas and in the video she featured her fans displaying their dreams and aspirations. Brett’s dream was to walk one day… Here is Brett is WALKING & sporting Danity Kane’s DK20 Jersey!! @20yearsofdanitykane @aundreafimbres1 danitykane20.com 💛🤍🫶🏽 #danitykane #danitykane20 taken in San Francisco, California by @flacoanthony
