Just like everyone else I have my goals for this upcoming year, one of them being dropping my body fat% to 12%
Ideally I can do that by June although I know that’s pushing it. Hopefully by the end of the year I can for sure achieve it. Posting this up here for accountability.

I’ll be posting weekly with number updates and monthly with physique pictures.

Before, during and after 25.1! Fun workout and straight forward, just put your head down and work. Got 191 reps so far keeping me at the top 65th percentile of people who’ve down this workout. Felt way better than I have other years. Time to wait for 25.2 now by @flacomen2a
