Density day w/ my boy: @flaco_lifts_sometimes I appreciate you coming out homie 👍 Day 5/5 2x5-8; 8-12 for RDL (superset w/ neck extensions: 2x10-15) Barbell Row Neutral grip pullup Meadows curls: 2x8-12 Belt squat: 2x6-10 Leg Extension: 2x8-12 Ab crunch/calves superset: 2x8-12/2x10-15 Strength coming back VERY quick and undershot load for RDL’s so I pushed some reps and weight jumps. Barbell rows feeling good and just going to progressively clean up the technique ofc. Belt squats felt VERY good and found controlling the eccentric to its fullest extent prevents knee pain (also applies to hack squats). Bodyweight’s settling a little bit around 158 due to rebound + creatine. This will be the bulk for a 4plate(possibly more) RDL Word of the Day: Effort Effort - a vigorous or determined attempt - strenuous physical or mental exertion
