FEROX × FLAME & PEARL

This September, we welcome Flame & Pearl (formally known as 4 Eats Sake) to Ferox for a new culinary residency built around a shared philosophy: exceptional ingredients, thoughtful technique and genuine hospitality.

Led by Josey and Hannah, Flame & Pearl brings together two sides of the dining experience. Josey draws on more than a decade in fine-dining kitchens, bringing precision and restraint to cooking over fire, elevated BBQ and seafood. Hannah brings a background in fine-dining service and an instinctive approach to hospitality - creating an experience that feels considered, yet effortless.

At Ferox, their skillset finds a natural home.

Expect food shaped by fire, season and simplicity, served alongside wines grown and made here in Niagara. A menu designed not to compete with the glass, but to belong beside it.

Flame & Pearl at Ferox
Tuesday - Sunday · from 12 PM onwards.
Food service concludes 30 minutes prior to winery closing.

The first seasonal menu arrives the second week of September.

Beyond grateful to be a part of yet another successful @sip.niagara 🥂✨

A big cheers for all the sippers and local vendors that came together to make this year so special.

We shucked the weekend away, and had a great time while doing it!

Big shout out to @raspberrypointoysters for always supplying the best quality oysters on the market.

We wouldn't be able to shuck the way we do if it wasn't for the craft and care behind each and every oyster.

Oysters are one of our passions. Eating them,serving them, and especially teaching the knowledge we've learned about oysters to beginners and anyone who will listen!
