QOTD: How do you decorate your ereader? Do you change things up often?

I love using bookish stickers to decorate my kindle! I rarely redecorate, but I received a new fun stash of stickers recently, so of course I had to give my kindle a fresh look!

Which sticker is your favourite?

QOTD: What is a fantasy series you are always recommending?

I am always recommending The Legends of Thezmarr! I am so glad I waited until this series was complete before starting it because I binged it in days and it quickly became a new favourite series!

I have plans to read Helen Scheuerers older series, but not too sure where to start right now. Any recommendations?

QOTD: What is in your mug today?

This morning I am enjoying a hazelnut latte in absolute silence and it has been bliss 😊

It is rare for me to be able to get up in the morning without one of my boys following me, but somehow I have been able to enjoy my entire coffee while watching the sun come up.

How do you like to start your mornings?

QOTD: What are you reading this weekend?

I am starting Painted Scars by Caitlyn Sky tonight! This is the first book in the Shadow Lake Stalker series and I am so excited for book 2 to release this month!

This is a dark romance comedy series, so if you are going to pick up these books make sure you take a look at the trigger warnings first!

Thank you @theberryagency for providing me with review copies of these two book!

Replace one of the words in the title for Chasing Eve with a word from the title of your current read and tell me what you get!

Mine is Chasing Honeymoon 😅

Cover Reveal! Today I'm beyond excited to help reveal the stunning cover of CHASING EVE by @authoremwilder! Stuck between the life she built, and the one she dreamed of. What happens when you’re given a chance to change your past?

Chasing Eve is a debut Women’s Fiction novel to be published on August 11, 2026. Gorgeous cover by @violet.book.design!

Author's note about the cover:
I had the idea for the cover before I even had the title. Eve spends a lot of her life running. From her problems, her family, herself. Eve holding out her hand is symbolic of the journey she goes on, and she’s inviting you along for the ride. Once I had the idea for the cover, the name came easily. I hope you enjoy Chasing Eve.

Add it to your TBR if you love:
✨Found family
🍃Self discovery
✨Magical realism
🍃Complex relationships
✨Unexpected tragedy

#mapmonday What was the last bookish map that really caught your eye?

Pretty much everything about this book catches my eye! For a paperback, there is so much detail to every page, this book is truly stunning!

Songbird of the Sorrow was first on my radar back when it was indie published, I was so keen to dive in, but then I moved interstate and fell pregnant and slowly forgot about it 😅 Now that it has been traditionally published I will definitely be making it a priority on my TBR!

How was your reading month?

It was a very slow month for me. Most of my reads were audiobooks with 1 or 2 ebooks thrown in!

My month did end on a high note when I received Godstorm by @greensolitaire in the mail from @harlequinaus

Thanks everyone, so excited to pick this one up!

QOTD: What are you currently reading?

I finally started reading Silver and Smoke yesterday, hoping it would get me out of this reading slump, and so far it is working!

I am obsessed with the Thezmarr world and I am so sad Wrens story is coming to an end 😢

I am hoping to read some of Helen Scheuerers older series this year, I'm just not sure where to start!

If you had zero obligations and nothing was off-limits, how would you spend your ideal weekend?

Oh how I need a weekend alone in a cabin somewhere, with nothing but a good book, lots of coffee and heaps of snacks.

Hubby spent the first 6 weeks of the year travelling for work, and between 2 young kiddos and multiple rounds of sickness, this gal is mentally exhausted 😅

I have also been in the biggest reading slump and social media rut, and I don't think I have finished a book in weeks 😩

I am hoping to start a new book this week, I just haven't decided if I want an easy, light-hearted romance, or a fast paced fantasy 😅

QOTD: What book/s are still on your TBR for this month?

I am hoping to start A Glass Darkly by KE Barden tomorrow and hopefully I will finish it before the month is up! I also have an ARC of book 4, These Grave Hearts, which releases February 14th that I am excited to read next!

This has been such a fun series and I am enjoying it so much!

This or That!

Inside Reading or Outside Reading
Romance or Fantasy
Tea or Coffee
Summer or Winter

I prefer inside Reading in the summer and Outside Reading in the winter!

Both, but Fantasy will always have my heart!

I can't start my day without coffee, but tea is nice later in the day, if it is not too hot.

Winter where I currently live (it is the only time of year you dont start sweating as soon as you step outside), but Summer down south!

Do we have anything in common?
