25 avril 2025, après 14 km de vélo avec mon @flavienws je suis saisi de douleurs aux cuisses et aux fesses, impossible de pédaler !
Se suivent de nombreux mois sans pouvoir rouler, courir ou même marcher 5km sans m’arrêter pris par la douleur.
Reprise du sport en douceur en janvier 2026 puis de la course à pied en février avec un espoir qui renaît de finir le marathon … motivé par les préparations de toute la team @ziuolas @meldi_lulan @flavienws @enzofontanet !
Comme un signe ce matin 8h44 presque 12 mois après je m’élançais sur la ligne de départ avec le Flav ❤️ !
Merci la vie !
Félicitations à tous les coureurs et aux copains qui ont performé, mention spéciale à mon frangin @ziuolas pour son chrono 😳😍 !
Et on oublie pas un grand merci également à tous les supporters ❤️ @trendysides @eh_clair @lucas.antoine @kingharoldo @kgomes0202 @sophiet60 et à tous ceux qui nous suivaient et supportaient de loin.

Triathlon L de Porticcio – 2400 m 🏊‍♂️/ 96 km (D+1600 m) 🚴‍♂️⛰️/ 18 km 🏃‍♂️

Un format exigeant, des paysages corses à couper le souffle, une ambiance exceptionnelle du début à la fin 🔥

Mention spéciale à l’organisation impeccable et aux bénévoles aux petits soins tout au long du parcours 🙏

Mais surtout… un week-end de dingue partagé avec une grosse délégation du club Beaumont Triathlon 💪 (18 participants, club le plus représenté sur la course 😎)

Des efforts, des rires, des émotions… que du bonheur avec la team. On repart avec des souvenirs plein la tête et l’envie déjà d’y retourner.

À l’année prochaine, Porticcio ! 🇨🇵🌊⛰

One of the things I love the most about my outdoor activities is that it brings me to insane places I would barely have dreamt of.
This is one of them.
Super cool hike to get to a 5 stars exit that you get to jump with one of the most beautiful sunset you can get in Europe.
You feel the sun licking your face (that’s something we say in French, hope it translates) warming you just enough but not too much, nothing is distracting you but the coolness of this place.
Don’t get fooled though, this exit is as technical as it gets!! We’ve decided for years not to show any footage of it, so it stays quiet as it’s super challenging and requires you to be 120% committed to a line you only see after your first turn, and at this time, it’s already too late to bail out. So yeah… like I said 120%
