Happy to qualify in the Male Individual Pro division.

Bonus qualification in the Mixed pro division with @yasminspencer even though we knew she couldn’t make the finals. But had so much fun competing together again.

Full time Coaching takes priority these days. So it’s been nice to do events like this and keep the fire burning.

Looking forward to going dark in the individual division though. 6 weeks to lock in and run 4 times a week because my endurance needs work 😤😂

Had the pleasure of testing out the new @niketraining Hybrid RN 🔥🔥

Nike’s new hybrid training shoe, ready for everything. No need to change shoes 3 times in a session. This does it all!

Right shoe for the right time.

My go to for all Hyrox and racing has to be the Alpha flys.

But loving the new Metcon free 7s for all coaching, training and everything inbetween
