usually when i reach a goal i only focus on improving or going to the next thing, i rarely celebrate my efforts. so here’s on taking a moment and appreciating how far i’ve come!! one year ago an elbow wheel was a massive goal for me, and now here we are 🧚🏽‍♀️ first time it happened was during a private with @sageshapeshifts in the second slide back in january, thank you Sage for your guidance and great cues! now (with a good warmup) i can do it usually consistently. some days not (as with any certain extreme movements) because it is so intense but that is okay 🫧 by @fleuriflows
in LOVE with this new shape i learned!! ❤️‍🔥 finally did the diamond split masterclass the other day on @movewithkheanna , the diamond split is still in progress but this one has my heart now. #pdmanerina , (if that’s how you spell it, not sure 🫪 ) i like it wayyyy more than ballerina oops, ballerina always looks off on me for some reason. can’t wait to explore with manerina more 🙂‍↔️ by @fleuriflows
