I couldn’t think of anyone who deserves it more, your work ethic, composure and professionalism since we started working together has been beyond admiration and truly worthy of that card

The saying goes “you have to act like a pro way before you ever become one” you are a true embodiment of that statement

So thankyou, thank you for your continued trust in me and thank you for being the outright awesome human being that you are 🫶🏼

A huge congratulations to your NEWWW IFBB FIGURE PRO @darshini.thanga !!!!🏆

Who won her class at the IFBB naturals pro qualifier in South Korea last weekend, couldn’t be prouder of her efforts/work rate this prep and phenomenal posing on stage 🎯

this was a full circle moment for us here at Flex, Darshini has worked with a few of our coaches over the years at various times in her epic journey from transformation client with @flexcoach_lizzy to athlete and multiple placings with @chelseadom_fit and now into the pro league, incredibly grateful for the part I got to play here at the end 🥹

12 days post comp physique update

Show day: 91.5kg
Today: 97.8kg
Just over 6kg up from stage weight.

Really happy with the condition and fullness as of right now, but also itching to push the needle and get fkn huge.

Post show bloods came back great across the board, with the all clear to start massing ASAP. Gonna be fkn fun.

Cardio 7x a week x 15min & 10k steps

Happy with how the post show phase has been conducted and super keen to make some much needed improvements this offseason by @flexcoach_george

2 years ago Blake placed 7th at the 2024 Olympia. In that time since, he's worked relentlessly with one clear goal in mind - to win the Mr Olympia.

To see that dream come to reality in such a short time is a testamant to that work ethic.

No prep is without its sacrifices; He truly did give this everything, even moving countries for it so that he was prepping in the best bodybuilding environment for him.

How it looked vs. how it’s going (3kg up)

One of the hardest parts of reversing out of a final show is accepting that the hardest part isn’t the diet but the mental adaptation afterward.

Transitioning from the rigidity of prep into a more hybrid phase requires the same discipline and mindset but from a different approach.

Navigating the changes, embracing a healthier look demands a much more uncomfortable kind of trust. by @flexcoach_george

A huge thank you to @nzifbb for putting on such an epic show and treating us like proper QUEENS 👸🏻

Very grateful to be able to stand next to some EPIC women and be the small dawg 😂

@flexcoach_george , I genuinely have no words to thank you enough. You got me through my this season AND first Pro Show while working across a 19-hour time difference AND peaking people for the Olympia. I don’t know how your brain does it, but I’m so beyond grateful you’re in my corner 🥰

Mumsie and @alexconnors.ifbbpro, thank you for being here, cheering me on and supporting me through all of it. Love you both so much 🤍

What a season it’s been for Flex Athlete … AND NEW IFBB PRO @tashfenton 🪪🏆

Feedback from QLD was to bring more fullness from the rear, so we did exactly that via some manipulations to her carb load and training across peak week:

- We ran an entire extra day of carb load, wrapping the total up to 1800g over 4 days
- Added more lower training back in later in the week (3 days out)
- Increased intensity of training across the whole week

Tash’s incredible season is not over yet, as she’s already over in New Zealand, ahead of her first 𝗣𝗿𝗼 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄 @nzifbb 👏

An epic start to the season for Mr @matthew_clappier who solidified his place as a true super heavyweight last weekend at the @ifbbproleagueoz QLD state show where he took 🥈

This is Matt and i’s second comp season together and we came in close to 10kg heavier than his heavyweight appearance back in 2024 with a much better all round package 📈

I remember saying to Matt back then post the first prep that I see his true potential up there with the monsters in the supers, last weeknd proved exactly that and I can’t wait to see what lies ahead for him

Our plans initially where to hit nationals this weeknd then get prepped ready for another epic off season, but with an exciting last minute decision he’ll be joining us in vegas for the amateur O 🎯

Peak week number 2 is underway…. LFG 🔥

IFBB debut ticked off ✅

Still feels a bit surreal typing this out. Competing in my first ever IFBB show has been a goal of mine since I fell in love with this sport 10 years ago, and today I finally got to tick it off.

What a day it turned out to be. Walked away with a medal in every single division I entered:

🥇 Classic Physique Juniors (only competitor but a W is a W ig)
🥇 Classic Physique True Novice
🥉 Classic Physique Open
🥇 Bodybuilding True Novice

Genuinely so happy with how today went, but still need to knuckle down over this next week to refine the look for Nationals next weekend

Ten years is a long time to chase something. There’s been a lot of early mornings, meals I didn’t feel like eating, and moments where I questioned why I was putting myself through it. Today made all of that feel worth it.

I owe so much of this to @flexcoach_george . His guidance the past 2 years has shaped not just how I train and diet, but how I think about this sport. He’s seen me at my best and worst this prep and never let me get away with doing less than I was capable of.

To my friends, family, and everyone who’s messaged me support through this prep, thank you so fucking much. It doesn’t go unnoticed and it means more than you know.

Back to the drawing board now. But after a day like today, I can say with complete certainty that I love this sport, and I’m going to keep chasing it for as long as my body lets me.
