POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

1,000 posts later, my life looks nothing like I thought it would when I uploaded the first one.

Started this account as a uni student who thought he’d end up a lawyer. Somewhere along the way I started coaching, fell in love with bodybuilding, had my life fall apart, finished my degree and packed up to move interstate.

Most of you have only seen the last 18 months. Putting this together reminded me how much happened before that, and how much I’ve got to be proud of.

For someone who is still extremely introverted, and was very naturally insecure, and who still caries a whole heap of self doubt, this has been on hell of a ride to date.

To everyone who’s trusted me with their progress, supported me or been part of this story, thank you. You’ve played a bigger part in my life than you probably realise.

Still plenty more life to live, but fuck, I’m so glad I took the uncomfortable route and built the life I have 🤘🏼

Would you like for heights to be done annually, once per career, every show (like now), or something else?

2.5 years. Roughly 20kgs. Fair share of life hurdles in between. But we’re still here. Back to being the best version of myself possible.

Forward we push.

Stay tuned.

Only just starting to look back at what was a very successful competition season, very happy with the improvements I’ve made & the overall experience. Now @flexcoach_george & I know where I need to improve & we can plan out the next steps moving forwards.
