It has been almost three years since we started Flexxi Studio.

A lot has changed since then.

Automation, the AI wave, AI slop, and real innovation have all reshaped the way we work.

But one thing has stayed exactly the same since day one: creating top quality assets built around flexibility.

We’re grateful for where this path has taken Flexxi and even more excited about where it is going.

Our showreel is proof of what happens when you work with like minded people and companies who want to lead in this new era.

If you want help growing your business through design, let’s talk.

Happy Friday! Enjoy 🖤 taken in Miami, Florida by @flexxi.studio

Logo design for AstroPay 💫

Excited to present this new logo which marks a broader effort to rebrand and reposition @astropay_ok as a powerful global wallet. It captures the fresh, bold, confident, ambitious, and eneregtic spirit of their new product and strategy.

It was a pleasure working with the AstroPay team, partnering with @flexxi.design, and helping create this whole new visual identity.

Design with purpose, scale with consistency. 🚀

We built a flexible and robust design system for @astropay_ok, shaping a unified experience across their entire product ecosystem.

From color and typography to components and patterns, everything was crafted to reflect AstroPay’s brand essence — bold, modern, and accessible.

Return to craft.

That phrase has been with me since I sat down with David Hoang, VP of Design - Rovo & AI, Ecosystem, and DevAI at @atlassian for the next episode of our podcast.

We agreed on one thing the whole way through: the tools changed, and the playbook for leading the people who use them changed with it.

It was incredible to sit with someone who studied art and now leads design at one of the biggest collaboration software companies in the world, and to hear how we as designers can stay close enough to the craft to build with AI ourselves, instead of guiding from above.

More on this next week on the podcast, so stay tuned. Thank you, David, for coming along.🔥🤞🏼 taken in Miami, Florida by @flexxi.studio

Explaining identity security in five seconds is hard. We did it anyway.

@life.at.orchid product is deep and technical, and their buyers are security experts who know exactly what they’re looking for. The website had to earn their trust at first glance while still respecting how smart the product is.

We built a dark, confident interface that gives the story room to breathe, with every section guiding a security buyer toward clarity fast. Motion is used with intent, pulling the eye where it matters and staying quiet everywhere else.

The result is a site as sharp as the technology behind it, built so the Orchid team can keep growing it without starting over.

Plusss, we’ve been nominated for Site of the Day at Awwwards! Vote for our work at the link in bio 🔗 taken in Miami, Florida by @flexxi.studio

What happens when you stop selling a brand and start solving a search?

Back in 2024, AstroPay came to us with one goal: turn their site from a brand awareness tool into a real acquisition engine.

The plan was to capture high intent search traffic and route it straight into app downloads.

So instead of leading with brand storytelling, we built a site that leads with what people are already searching for, starting with currency conversion.

Every page answers one question fast, then guides that answer into a conversion path.

Our favorite piece of the build: the currency exchange calculator.

It answers a high intent query in seconds and sends the user straight to app download.

If your site could use the same kind of thinking, send us a DM. by @flexxi.studio

“Less about the how, more about the why.”

That’s how Itamar Rotem, CPO at Faddom, sums up product management today.

Allie sat down with him for episode 26 of Flexxible by Design, and his take stuck: product management requires perspective, and perspective takes time to build.

He didn’t come up through engineering. He started in intelligence, moved into technical pre-sales, and made the jump to product from there. He thinks that path is exactly why he was useful.

Roles are blurring everywhere. Designers get asked to think like product managers. Developers get asked about the why instead of only the how.

And as the tools get faster, the work that matters moves back to judgment about what should be built at all.

We know staying on-brand always takes longer than moving fast, so people pick fast.

We built a custom client tool to close the gap teams feel between brand and deadline.

So here’s the value it brings:

→ Your foundations live inside the tool: color, typography, spacing, logos.
→ Templates are easily editable without being breakable.
→ New assets are generated from a brief, a PDF you upload, a URL or a Notion page you connect.

Everything stays within your guardrails and saves, so you can pick up where you left off. 🫰🏻

No, this isn’t an AI replacement. It gives your LLM something real to work with, your actual design system instead of a generic starting point.

Would love to hear what you think, and if you want to try it, comment “Assets” and I’ll send it over. taken in Miami, Florida by @flexxi.studio

Less about the how, more about the why.

That’s Itamar Rotem’s line on what product management actually is. Allie sat down with him, CPO at Faddom episode 26 of Flexxible by Design.

His take: product management requires perspective, and perspective takes time to build.

Roles are blurring everywhere. Designers get asked to think like product managers. Developers get asked about the why instead of only the how.

What stood out most was his own path. He came up through technical pre-sales and was the only product manager at his previous company who was not an engineer, which he thinks is exactly why he was useful.
Allie sees the same shift in design.

The tools got faster, so the work that matters moved back to judgment about what should be built at all.

AI doesn’t replace people. It lets them do better work.

That’s Cody Rogers, CPO at Hubstaff, on the new episode of Flexxible by Design.

His example: a technical CEO shipped three pull requests over a weekend with AI. Nobody had asked for the feature. The team still had to review it, support it, and explain it to customers.

Allie and Cody also got into:

Where AI actually earns its place. Call summaries, documentation, organizing feedback, first-pass prototypes. The unglamorous layer that eats a designer’s week.

What teams quietly cut to move faster. Research, problem definition, rollout planning, quality review. The parts nobody notices until a launch goes sideways.
Why global hiring made management harder, not easier. More access to talent, more need for transparency and real communication.

And his advice for anyone early in their career: AI fluency matters, but so does being someone people trust with the work.✨

When execution gets cheap, judgment, taste, strategy and domain knowledge get more expensive.

Nobody expects the compliance software people to be the ones talking about craft.

Hannelore McElheny, VP of Design at Ethena, is Allie’s guest on the new episode of Flexxible by Design, and her whole argument flips the usual take: the faster design gets, the more research matters.

Her best product insight usually comes from a customer success call. Not a study, not a survey. Someone complaining on a call.

And she hires for curiosity over polish now, because the tools change every few months and caring about users doesn’t.

“A real interest in users and curiosity about who you’re designing for is still more interesting to me.”

Where does your team actually get its best user insight? Curious.
