Last year I had the chance to film and cook up this mean recap for @harlemrun 🧑🏽‍🍳🔥. Went with a vibrant grade and then animated the red outlined cutouts for extra flavor and seasoning. 🫚🧅

Huge shout to @flimediainc because it’s always a blast working with yall🙏🏽

The Albina Community Unity 5K 👑

The concept is simple: build off of individual work of Word is Bond & W(H)EALTHY and join forces for a collective community impact.

Our 5K walk covered the historic Albina Neighbored including stops at local churches, parks, community centers and spaces of worship to learn about Black Portland, past & present.

Thank you to all the community members that came out and for our sponsors who made this event possible including @1803fund, American Red Cross and Baby Doll Pizza.

Albina Community Unity 5K! 🌱👑

A blue print for collaboration. Word is Bond + W(H)EALTHY, a “W” for the whole community.

this past Saturday, we hosted a collaborative walk through the historic albino neighborhood. We walked, we listened, and learned.

With our community ambassadors leading by the way, and our partners sharing collective memory at every stop, this was truly an event to be remembered.

Thank you to W(H)EALTHY, 1803 Fund, Albina Vision Trust, American Red Cross, Historic I5 Project, and Baby Doll Pizza for helping make this event possible.

What do y’all think, should we do another walk? Drop your ideas in the comments for our next collaboration.

Three cities. One weekend. One team.

For Global Running Day, we partnered with HOKA to capture running communities across three cities all in the same weekend, with a network of 9 local freelancers.

This is what we do: scalable, multi-city productions with local crews and seamless execution.

Need content across multiple markets? Let’s make it happen.

#ad Crank that SHUTTER for 🧈🎥

For more BTS / Doc shoots, Keep it roughly 2× your frame rate (the 180° rule) for natural-looking motion blur 🎞️

But when I crank that shutter speed up even at 24fps for more “moving” shots, it’ll help you get those crisp images as a videographer and photographer! 📸

Raise your FPS to smooth it out even more as more frames and higher shutter makes the slow downs wayyyy smoother! ⭐️

On behalf of @zen_mnm, we are sending a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who attended one or more activations during @bodyandsoulblackwellness weekend.

To those who joined @mirandalattimore and @marcuslattimore_ early on a Saturday morning in the rain: we are deeply grateful. 🤗 It was an honor to guide this beautiful group of people on a forest bathing and poetry walk in a space that felt open, safe, and reciprocal.

Thank you for showing up for yourselves and Community, and for allowing the Earth to hold you, especially if this was your first walk with us. 🖤 Let’s do it again soon? Until then, stay joyful, stay connected, be well.
