Cecilia Renaud: an OC of mine I’ve been developing this year. She’s a 1920’s singer who’s part of a bigger storyline with a few other OCs of mine down in New Orleans. 🐊💃🏾🎙️🎶 by @flintljones

#Neighvember Day 2: Dullahan

October went by way to fast. Trying to channel a bit more spooky vibes into November as we shift into the darkest months of the year. by @flintljones

#neighvember Day 1: Dia De Los Muertos 💀💐💃

I always love to see all the inventive and gorgeous decorative flags that are made each year and every celebration for Mexican parties and holidays. This is my attempt at honoring this tradition and such a meaningful festival. This year is marked with an immeasurable amount of loss in my own personal life, so there was a lot for me to grieve and celebrate.

Neighvember Day 28: Altivo

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

I loved this movie so much as a kid. Such a fun and goofy film.

Had a ton of fun with this one! Something I’ve been trying to do in my work is remind myself to loosen up and not worry so much about every little detail. More gestural, more flowing etc.

Neighvember Day 25: Horace Horsecollar

Probably my favorite Disney classic character aside from Donald. Just a fun chap all around.

NEIGHvember Day 22: Maredusa 🐍

Just a fun idea I had in my mind for a prompt. I want to draw a full body at some point when I’ve got some time.

Hope everyone is enjoying the prompts this year! I can’t believe how fast this month is flying by.

Neighvember Day 21: Orlov Trotter

Any time I think of this breed I think of the Troika sleighs of olden times.

This month has been a doozy for me on many personal levels, so it’s been tough to keep up with the prompts this year. However, I just want to take a moment to thank all of the amazing artists and friends who have joined in on Neighvember this year. Getting to wake up each morning and see all of your beautiful art has been such a joy.

I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving and Holiday Season💜

#NEIGHVEMBER Day 5: 30/30

What’s not to like about a surly boom stick toating android horse man that can transform into a quadruped?! BraveStarr has tons of wacky and fun characters in it but I always thought 30/30 was a hoot.

Thanks for baring with me as I slowly work through these prompts! As always, it’s so wonderful to see all your artwork each day and it honestly has helped me keep my spirits up during this tough month. Can’t wait to see what y’all cook up for our Free Space day!
