feeling so so grateful to have had the opportunity to volunteer in a dog shelter in peru this week, it’s been the most rewarding experience❤️ learning about the dogs’ stories was heartbreaking but still meant so much that we could make a positive impact!

it doesn’t stop here though, a few days ago we brought in a new dog who had been run over and needs an operation urgently, but the shelter can’t afford to add to their outstanding medical bills. so i’ve set up a fundraiser (like a peruvian gofundme) so that we can help monica raise the money to help save this dog. if anyone can donate or share the link it would be really appreciated!!!
