Here it is! On this sunny birthday I want to share a little part of my life with you. Mobility training.

My mobility training is a movement practice that springs from playfulness and curiosity, leading to a deeper understanding of the mechanics of body (and mind). We expose the body to all kinds of movement situations, to expand our capacity for movement.
🌱
Don't we all want to move with more ease and pleasure? Through various exercises, games and tasks we work on fundamental aspects of movement. Strength, flexibility, coordination, endurance, speed, (spatial) awareness, balance/stability. Useful in any athletic or daily-life situation.
Open to all levels of experience.

INTRODUCING OUR TEAM
Christina Mastori @somanatomics

Hello, my name is Christina and I am an interdisciplinary artist, visual storyteller and movement researcher, of GR/UK origins based in Amsterdam.

For “The Deepest Middle”, I am filming, documenting, creating visuals & media that immerse the viewer in the spontaneous universe of explosive creativity that is called Chapter 58.
In previous collabs, I have shadowed with my camera the playfully combusting world that Sofia, Flore and Anti create and I am beyond excited to be mesh-ing with them again.

In my artistic practice, I delve, dive and document the creative process of artists, I produce others and my own work (via Platano Productions, Wishbone & Movesonscreen), and I create dance films, installations and site-specific works that reflect on everyday paradoxes, habitual patterns, socioethical dilemmas and interactions, that intercross dance, scenic design and visual world.

I have created for/ with amazing artists from all kinds of disciplines and exhibited work in various locations and festivals, museums and theatres (STEDELIJK/NL, ICK/NL, ADE/NL, KORZO/NL,OLD VIC T/UK, JOYCE/US) canals, cafes, harbours and industrial buildings, forests, pools, stations and various other spaces that intrigue senses and perplex perception.

Our last performance “Once In A Blue Moon” was a special day: the temperature hit 37 degrees in Amsterdam.
It didn’t stop us from performing, and neither the audience in coming to support us. Between ice cubs, wet towels, cold beers and fights for a spot in front of the only fan, this was one unforgettable evening.
We gave a sweaty goodbye to our first year together as ‘Chapter 58’.

Chapter 58 invites the audience to step into a world of uncertainty, spontaneity, and risk-taking. Founded in 2025, the group grew out of a desire to choreograph and compose performances live on stage.
In The Deepest Middle, live composition of dance, text, and music form a shared language that the performers use to respond to each other.
Pre-curated music, inspired by the title, meets improvised movement, spoken text, and soundscapes built live with a loop station. Shaped by the performers, the space, and the experiences they carry into the room, the performance becomes its own world, raw, absurd, intimate, unrepeatable.

‘Once In A Blue Moon’ by Chapter 58

Thanks everyone for supporting this trio and our journey so far. We’ve been able to perform several times and invite guest artists each time thanks to the support of our audience.

This one felt especially special — on one of the hottest days of the year we still had a full house once again.
