This special full moon was in the Ibiza Campo tonight! The energy of it is making me so excited for my climb to Lake Tilicho for the November full moon. My climb is to raise money for the Girl''s Empowerment Centre in Nepal helping young women to be given the opportunity to realise their dreams ❤️ taken in Ibiza, Spain by @flotastic2025

My good friend Ashley Karrell , award winning artist in film, photography, theatre and visual arts, has made a series of beautiful short films exploring the mental health of black men in England.

He is running an online event on Sunday 22nd March 2026 from 7.00 to 9.00pm. in which he will play the films. There will also be an opportunity after the films to discuss and share your views and thoughts about the issues raised with him and the other attendees.

If you are interested in transgenerational trauma, finding a voice within yourself to share your deeper truth or helping others to do this, and / or psychological healing through dance, body movement, creative expression and brotherhood, this one is for you!

Thank you @alice.in.the.wild for these great images showing what day 2 of our LNADJ and Tribe Experience Kilimanjaro climb was like on 4th February. I will never forget the breathtaking views and being immersed in such beautiful, raw nature as we climbed up to Shira camp at 3750 metres. Emotional too as the walking and terrain was challenging, but so nice to spend time and have fun laughs with everyone when we got to camp xx by @flotastic2025

On 3rd Feb 2025, I started my climb up the mighty Mount Kilimanjaro with a wonderful group of people including my fellow climbers, our guides and porters. Walking up over 1000 metres in the rainforest to Machame camp where we spent our first night on the mountain side. Thank goodness I left all my luxury toiletries behind at the hotel! My makeup would have melted down my face within the 1st half hour of walking and I was covered in mud anyway by the time we arrived at camp! What a special day this was on 2nd Feb 2025 when all of us Kilimanjaro climbers for Last Night a DJ Saved My Life and The Tribe Experience visited Feathers Tale village for children with special needs and Angels Gate home for street involved boys near the town of Moshi in Tanzania. These children have had and do have their own mountains to climb. Coming back from starvation, abandonment and/or emotional trauma at such a young age requires so much strength. I was left in no doubt that my fundraising for these projects is being put to good use. These truly are grass root projects with grounded, sensible, intelligent and incredibly caring and loving people behind them. Thanks to @alice.in.the.wild for the video ❤️❤️ by @flotastic2025

3 weeks ago today, I visited the town of Moshi in Tanzania with some of my fellow Kilimanjaro climbers while this lot in the video were arriving!! I visited Feathers Tale village for children with special needs that day where I discussed plans for me to become more involved in offering psychological support to the staff who are working there and at Angels Gate home for street involved boys, doing amazing but difficult jobs with all their love and kindness. I hope that I can offer them something that they can take on board and find helpful. It might not be easy to do but I am going to give it a go!! And then that evening, when all of the Kilimanjaro climbers had arrived, I met and danced with everyone while DJ LN played some fabulous tunes on the decks 🥰 Great memories and video compiled by alice.in.the.wild, from The Tribe Experience.
