your cycle isn’t a limitation. it’s information. #Pilates #CycleSyncing #WomensHealth #Wellness #LutealPhase by @flow.and.sync
your luteal phase is asking for a softer approach (!!!)

things i’d never normalize as a pilates instructor: 1. thinking you need to earn your food through exercise. 2. demonizing carbs while giving alcohol a free pass. 3. treating your body like a beauty trend. 4. making supplements the foundation of your diet instead of nourishing food. 5. comparing your body to someone else’s. just because we’ve “normalized” it doesn’t mean we should keep accepting it. #pilatesinstructor #wellnessculture #bodykindness #balancedliving by @flow.and.sync
as a pilates instructor, i’m always mindful of what i put in my body and how it supports my lifestyle @tryanomalyhealth feels like the perfect addition, and i can’t wait to include it in my daily routine!! thank you Anomaly fam <3 #pilatesinstructor #wellnessroutine #dailyroutine #pilateslifestyle by @flow.and.sync
