Had an amazing time hosting the "Pilates... Let’s Explore It Together" workshop, where I shared my passion for what I call "the art of mindful movement," in collaboration with the Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy and "RM Hub". I’m truly grateful for this opportunity and so inspired by your enthusiasm for fitness and well-being.A special thank you to Body Hack and Hiba; it is from them that I learned this art. Thank you to everyone who joined us.💓 taken in Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy by @flow.with.rasha
