Come join my intermediate level hoopchoreo workshop next week🥰

Wanna deepen your skillset and add some spice to your hooping? Then this is for you.

The class will consist out of a warm up, movement techniques layered with prop technique and my lovely guidance (hihi). This all adds up to a one minute choreo and lifelong skill😘

See you there?

Xoxo,

Babe💋

Sneaky little preview of tomorrow’s @flowartsnl workshop! This is part 4 of the spin fan series and all about tech! Decided to theme it around gears, while keeping in hybrids, toss introduction, & more.

As with the last 3 workshops, this class will be adapted to fit all levels (I do have some excellent intermediate to advanced moves prepared that I didn’t record as I wanted to keep them as a surprise). No matter where you are in your fan practice, this tech based class will send you home with something fun.

See you Monday, September 28th at Can Dance Studios in Amsterdam from 19.00. Afterwards we will be having an LEDstatic dance session, definitely worth staying around for!
