Heart full of gratitude!

Co-creating and facilitating a meaningful workshop with my daughter for elders in our Ismaili community was truly special!
Moments of connection, intergenerational love and laughter through the sharing of music and movement was so wonderful to observe and experience.
Let's continue to dance through life. 💃❤️🙏

Feeling truly grateful for the kind gestures and heartfelt words from past and present families I’ve had the privilege of working with.
Education is such a gift!
I feel blessed to be part of this meaningful profession.
Every day brings an opportunity to make a difference, while learning, growing and sharing in life’s lessons alongside my wonderful students.
Teaching is so much more than imparting knowledge...it’s about building connections, nurturing hearts and making a lasting impact which you hope, you are remembered for. by @flowglowgrow

That’s a wrap on summer break! ☀️

Wishing all students, families, educators, and administrators a successful, safe, and smooth school year ahead!

No matter how the year unfolds, teachers, we know why we’re here; for the love of our students, to make a difference, to inspire possibilities, and help shape the future leaders of tomorrow.

Here’s to a year of learning, growth, connection, and countless joyful moments that make it all worthwhile.

All the very best!

A fifty year old, beautiful embroidered sari,

Crossed several countries, borders and oceans,

Elegantly wrapped three generations of women,

Holding cherished memories in every delicate fold.

Each generation deeply appreciating the sentimental value it holds.

A grateful pleasure to bring a short introductory mindfulness session to these beautiful newcomer students. Thank you to Rishma Hirani and her team of educators and volunteers for providing this opportunity for me and their students at Pickering Jamatkhana Learning Centre. They were so sweet, welcoming and open for new learning.

With a heart full of love and gratitude, I thank each participant who gathered in stillness for our evening Yoga Nidra session yesterday at Pickering Jamatkhana. What a wonderful way to start our weekend!
Together, we breathed, surrendered, and softened into the sacred silence within. It was truly an honour to serve and share presence with you.🙏

Thank you Laila Damji and Mary Merali for your support and for coordinating this event. 🫶♥️
