My ultimate dream was always to have a wellness app,

So this is how it begins, with daily classes for FREE for women to take time for themselves everyday,

I’m manifesting that by this time next year, I’ll have my very own wellness app, like nothing else that’s out there,

Comment below what classes you want to see, let’s create this together ✨

P.S my cute set is from @katakatafit use code ELLIE20 for 20% off

When I left for bali in June I felt extra emotional,

it’s almost like deep down I knew I wouldn’t be coming home to this version of my grandad,

So many times I’ve thought I wish I hadn’t left him so much these past few years,

But I have to remind myself of all the amazing memories & sometimes it’s quality over quantity,

And it brings them so much joy to see you living your best life,

So if you want to go travelling but are scared of leaving your grandparents, I’ve just returned home to be with mine,

So you can do both & always trust your gut 🙏🏼

The best thing about this pandemic,

Is we can change it instantly once we have the awareness around it,

Next time you catch yourself thinking the worst,

Ask yourself why? Where did that idea come from or who?

Sometimes it’s deep, sometimes it’s a programme on loop,

But you can always change the channel when you’re ready,

Follow @flowingwithellie for more yaps like this 🙏🏼

Getting back into singing this year has been scary,

But moments like this remind me why I did it 🤍

Come on @grandadjohn_ you’ve got this, we have more days like this to come 🙏🏼

In the words of Ronan Keating…

“life is a rollercoaster you just gotta ride it” 😂

Something the brilliant @theikannqueen said on @freedomlifestylepod and it’s stuck with me ever since

Rollercoasters can be scary until you’re off them, and then you realise how fun it was,

and most the time the things we worried about weren’t so bad,

Don’t get me wrong, there’s unexpected twists and turns too that can make your stomach flip,

but when on that rollercoaster, there’s nothing you can do but trust and enjoy the ride,

Hopefully this found whoever it needed to today,

My 5k target before Christmas is looking out of reach but I’m trusting the process, so follow @flowingwithellie to see if I make it 👀

Life at home so far…

Touched down in London @withcallumandellie
Sunset walks,
Family reunions,
Family runs,
Our new office @davidlloydbristolwestbury ,
Getting Johnny home from hospital,
Strictly Saturdays,
& remembering how lucky I am to have my loved ones all round the corner from each other 🙏🏼

I haven’t had an autumn at home for a few years, so making this one extra special,

Thank you for all the love and well wishes for @grandadjohn_ 💙

This is your sign to soak up the simple but special moments in life,

Sad times help us appreciate the good, but I’m trying to live intentionally full of gratitude for the little things,

Because one day they are the things that meant the most,

Every year Grandads birthday has been iconic,

This one felt extra special as he had been poorly for a while,

We even did a cruise for his 89th because we refused to wait for 90,

We spend so much of life saying ‘I’ll do it when…’

But why not do it now?

Be more John ✨
