TALLYING AROUND TOWN: Flowstate Hot Studio ⭐️

A new series on Tally Social Club to highlight my experiences as a new Tallahassee resident! 💗

From fitness studios to restaurants & anything in between, hopefully this series will give you insight into places in our area that you’ve been wanting to go to OR simply reaffirming your love for that place! ☺️

Flowstate was one of the first places I went to upon moving to TLH. After my first class, I was HOOKED! I’m a retired college athlete & would only workout at the gym following my own lifting program. But, taking a class at @flowstate_hotstudio reminded me how much I love being coached through a workout!!!! I highly recommend checking out Flowstate - your first class is FREE!!!!!! ✨

Let me know where I should go next!!! 💗

Strength : I got it from my momma 💪🏽
.
This woman has been our lifeline… she pressed on when she knew I was going down hill, not taking “she’s ok” for an answer. She held onto my babies while Stephen held onto me. She stayed at the hospital, not sleeping / changing / eating for days on end. She gave Stephen a crash course on caring for newborns every 2hrs - all through the days & nights while I healed. She’s living with us while I continue to regain my strength & learn to care for two babies. She’s keeping our house going so we can focus on building our new routines.
.
She supported my fitness journey all throughout my pregnancy, and made it better by joining me for over 50 classes. We 🫶🏼 you, @flowstate_hotstudio ! Can’t wait to be back! God knew I’d need that strength & I truly believe it carried me through.
.
My momma is the strongest person I know & I’m so grateful she’s mine. I’ll do everything in my power to raise my little girlies to be strong, like their Lala. 💖💖 by @flowstate_hotstudio

A year ago today we had a soft opening and opened memberships up for sale. These people not only joined on our first day, but are still here sweating with us ✨
