On the last Sunday of every month, meet us on the trails for a run encouraging ALL experience levels!!

Each month the location will change! So we will post route location and details, weeks prior to the actual run.🤓

“⁠@flowstaterun started in May of 2023, launching with me running my first ever 50 miles on the one mile road named The Strand. The idea behind the club and that initial 50-mile run was to bring community together and outside. Not just a community of runners but the community of Oceanside. No matter your running ability, it is an invitation to get outside and to not do it alone.” – @ethan.herreraa

The Flowstate Run crew meet weekly to log miles along the California coastline. No matter their running ability, or background, the club provides both an escape from daily life, and a community to help navigate it.

The growth of the Oceanside Run Community has been amazing to witness. And there are no signs of this train slowing down.
