😭😭😭😭😭😭 baking has always brought me the greatest joy—throughout my childhood, throughout suffering celiac and trying to experiment to make a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie that I loved in my 20s, through a concussion and doing tactile activities. It’s been integrated into my life as therapy in a way. I’ve always dreamed about striking out and doing something on my own and have felt every ounce of passion and joy in building this business ✨🍪 I listened to my gut and risked my life savings to try my hand in the city I love the most. I’m in awe with the most heart sparkling gratitude to every single person who has cheered me on, supported the business and continues to nurture my growth✨🙏🏾✨ I have no place being in the company of such incredible bakeries and am so grateful for this honour. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ New York, you have my heart.

We heard you. We found the buns. And then we invited friends.

This coming Friday 10/9, we’re teaming up with our neighbors @flutterbutterbakery (another Brooklyn-based woman-owner business) for our first-ever gluten-free Friday featuring gluten-free buns for your lobster rolls + gluten-free muffins from @ingoodmeasure_ (yet another NY-based woman-owned business)

Come for a lobster roll. Leave with a muffin. Live your best gluten-free life.

We might do these weekly or monthly? We don’t know! Our non-gluten-free lobster rolls will be available, but we will also be serving gluten free options!

everyday, my inner child smiles at the boxes of chocolate chips, mounds of cookie dough, and the cherry on top is to be connected to so many more people on this planet who are in search of joy by food. I think back to these moments, fueled by taking out the latest cookbooks from the library, organizing all of the things that I would need from the grocery store and looking for little pantry treasures. I’m especially feeling homesick this weekend and feel so thankful to the space in my childhood home that my parents made for me to be creative: both the kitchen and my “craft area”.
