Been back in India for a week now, and Iโ€™m finally getting a chance to go through the incredible parts of my UK trip. Starting off with this mix I did at the @aajamusic HQ. Super happy with how this mix turned out, on a hot afternoon in Deptford. In this one I go through 2 hours of House, Acid and Percussive bass, with plenty of long blends, ethereal bangers and groove worms. Big love for the entire @aajamusic radio crew for inviting me over for this one.โ€จโ€จ Check out the full thing on YT, on the link in bio,โ€จโ€จand till then, hereโ€™s some of my favourite blends from the mix:โ€จ โ€จClip 1: @shantamkhanna - Deeda x @octoocta - Find your way home} Clip 2: @k_lone_ - The Word} x Shantam - Unreleased Clip 3: Shantam - Unreleased x @pugilistmusic -Descendant Clip 4: Helix - Whoosh Ice Dispenser x @peverelist_livity_sound - Pulse I Clip 5: {Stain - Malik Ambar} x {Mutable Mercury - Spider with a Synth} Clip 7: @baalti.mp3 - Bodylock x Tabla Beat Science - Palmistry Clip 8: @yak_sound - Stampede x @miakoden Koden - Rockit Clip 9: Johnny Clarke - Sinners ( @maladmz remix) x Stretch & Enjoy - Dance by @flux.vortex

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT - flux vortex 31/10/2026 @mezzanineldn โ€”โ€” All the way from Goa, India ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ, flux vortex is bringing a sound thatโ€™s impossible to pin down. For the past decade heโ€™s been blending dub, drum and bass and IDM into something that hits deep and feels endless, driving rhythms, heavy grooves, and textures pulled from classical, jazz and underground dance music all woven together. Cerebral but still hits the body. Itโ€™s carved him a lane of his own in Indiaโ€™s independent electronic scene, from main stages like Ziro Festival to shows across the globe. Catch him at WAVES this Halloween. taken in Mezzanine by @flux.vortex

Last nightโ€™s dance on @qilasoundsystem going off The drum is the heartbeat that connects mind and body through dance โ€” last night we ran through reggae, dub, dubstep, jungle, afrobeat, even Thai folk. This oneโ€™s โ€˜You No Fit Touch Amโ€™ by Dele Sosimi โ€” raised under Fela Kuti, later musical director for Egypt 80. His Afrobeat Orchestra album is a modern masterpiece in the genre, released 2015. The dub version dropped on Dele Sosimi meets Prince Fattyโ€™s album, Nostalgia 77. by @flux.vortex

๐“‘๐“ฎ๐“ฝ๐”€๐“ฎ๐“ฎ๐“ท ๐“’๐“ฒ๐“ฝ๐“ฒ๐“ฎ๐“ผ l Epi 02 some key takeaways from our 12 hrs between home and luru: @freedomtofish got introduced to Dee En time. we think she is still getting used to it. @ashreygoel chose his car poorly. @hakimetc disapproves. Nothing like a rainy drive through the ghats. Then we ripped 140 an hour to make it in time for the best and most important part of the whole tour โ€” benne dose at Davangere. Bengaluru pahunch ke kya hua? More on that in the next one! ๐Ÿ“น @niharikaa.chauhaan l Prabhakar l @zerophotoskills by @flux.vortex

๐“‘๐“ฎ๐“ฝ๐”€๐“ฎ๐“ฎ๐“ท ๐“’๐“ฒ๐“ฝ๐“ฒ๐“ฎ๐“ผ l Epi 01 For four years now Goa has been our home, which means everyone here has at some point been asked to carry an amp, find a cable, move a table, come to soundcheck and inevitably become agents of the Dee En mission ๐Ÿซก By the grace of the patron saints of broke bands, borrowed gear and people who keep showing up, the show goes on. On July 18 we did it again, this time at @hideaway.goa. By the time we went on, half our friends had already worked a shift and the other half had become the audience. @roarwithsimba was had ๐Ÿป, radical outfits were worn and, more importantly, Cancer babies were celebrated โ™‹๏ธ๐ŸŽ‚ All was right with the world, briefly. Aur kya chahiye. Bas phir hum Bangalore nikal gaye. More on that jald hi. ๐Ÿ“น @niharikaa.chauhaan l Prabhakar Duwarah l @zerophotoskills by @flux.vortex

when reality hits that youโ€™ve been running the grind for years now only to repeatedly run into the same roadblocks like my brain constantly questioning every move and sabotaging itself with doubt and suspicion. And then there are the arbitrators of taste running their mouths about knowing what the people really want, turning the cultural landscape into a Disneyland caricature of the uninspired, apathetic, and subservient. The people really want you to shut the fuck up and make way for the wild ones. The ones that get it and live it with love and vitality. ๐Ÿ“ท @niharikaa.chauhaan Styled by @anomita__ by @flux.vortex

๐Ÿ„ ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENT ๐Ÿ„ Flux Vortex ๐ŸŒช๏ธ๐ŸŒช๏ธ๐ŸŒช๏ธ A sonic creator whose ideas bring in the softest parts that nature holds, asking the questions that need to be asked. Exploring visceral, textural patchworks, weaving synthesizers, bio-feedback, and machine rhythms into a body of work that's sensory and emotive all at once. ๐Ÿ”Š Flux Vortex brings together a whole spectrum of sound, from the forests of Goa to the coasts of Mangalore, work that attempts to emulate the dilation of time itself.โค๏ธ ๐Ÿช„๐Ÿ›ธAt Shroom Sabha, he takes this practice further, using electrical impulses generated by mushrooms themselves to create a live performance in collaboration with the fungal world. Not a set you just listen to, but one you participate in co-creating sound alongside mycelium in real time. #ShroomSabha #FluxVortex #ArtistSpotlight #FungalNetwork #Mycelium by @flux.vortex
