Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸

Pushed through a modified Murph today (1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run) in honor of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy and the heroes of Operation Red Wings. I signed up for the official “The Murph Challenge” to support the Michael Murphy Scholarship Foundation.

This one’s for the fallen, the veterans who answered the call, and every warrior still fighting at home. Freedom isn’t free.

Every rep fuels Warriors In Need (WIN) — helping transitioning veterans earn A&P certifications and build aviation careers. No more 17 a day.

Grateful to move and serve. Never Quit. Semper Fi.

What did you do to honor the day? 👇

Forging Warriors. Strengthening the Formation.

At Warriors In Need (WIN), our commitment extends far beyond the hire date. Recently, we had the privilege of delivering essential tools to Edson, a dedicated U.S. Army veteran continuing to advance in his career.

What stands out most is Edson’s leadership. As he grows professionally, he continues to mentor the Warriors who follow — demonstrating the same discipline, teamwork, and selfless service that defined his time in the Army.

Because in the military, and in life, true leaders don’t climb alone. You take the hill, then reach back and pull the next person up.

This is the long-term impact WIN strives to create: career growth, mentorship, and a lasting Warrior Community that empowers every Warrior who comes through our program.

What sermon is your life preaching. Is it the gospel of striving, of self protection, of criticism. Or is it the gospel of Jesus - full of grace and mercy? by @flyben46

Warriors — Rise from the depths of your darkest holes with the fire of resilience in your hearts, for though we may not be combat leaders or fighter pilots, we are children of God fueled by unyielding strength, pushing past setbacks with every paddle and dig to lift ourselves and others toward the light — keep going, because in Him we are unstoppable! Yesterday, we lost an incredible voice, Charlie Kirk, who was tragically killed at just 31 years old while speaking at a university in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was a true fighter for what he believed in, standing boldly for our country and the right to free speech. His passing feels like losing a soldier in the heat of battle — giving everything for the cause of freedom. My heart breaks for his amazing wife and their two precious young kids. Some coward took a great man from us, and they’ll be remembered only for the shame of their actions, despised by a nation that loved Charlie. Sending all my love and prayers to his family. Thank you, Charlie Kirk, for your fearless service to America. Rest in peace. by @flyben46

Last week, we had the privilege of assisting on set for the filming of powerful stories that highlight why @warriorsinneed exists — and who they fight for. This incredible organization, led by @flyben46 , leverages the skills of military veterans to help bridge the talent gap in the aviation industry.

At Video Valet, fostering meaningful partnerships is central to everything we do.
