Our VP of Maintenance, Ben Ingram, jumped in to assist our aircraft wash and detail crew clean this classic Beech 18 over the weekend. The #TwinBeech was flying in the #HuntingtonBeachAirshow and staging from @lyonairmuseum, along with other #airshow performers. Ben couldn't keep his hands off this beautiful machine. @hbairshow #blackstoneairways @aircombat_usa #aircraftwash #aircraftmaintenance #johnwayneairport #ksna #orangecountyca #keepemflying

Team Profile: Ben Ingram, Vice President–Maintenance - As VP of maintenance, Ben draws from 25 years of extensive aviation experience to oversee all aspects of aircraft maintenance performed at Martin Aviation’s #FAA #Part145 #repairstation. Ben's aviation career began as a United States Marine. Deploying from the West Coast, Ben served in the Gulf, Africa, and South East Asia as a Boeing CH-46 Crewchief, logging nearly 1000 flight hours. Upon honorably completing his duties, Ben utilized his Marine discipline and solid leadership traits to further his aviation career. He entered the general aviation arena, and interestingly, started right here at Martin Aviation. He worked his way up to Gulfstream lead before branching out on his own, where he continued acquiring the experience that ultimately lead him back to Martin Aviation and the senior leadership position he holds today. During his 15 years away from Martin Aviation, Ben spent 8 of them supporting Navy weapons testing at Point Mugu, California. The mission there was to plan and execute weapons testing and evaluation in flight test operations, in an effort to provide superior weapons systems to the war fighter. There, he was fortunate to fly with some of the Navy's finest, and operate aboard aircraft including the P-3 Orion, S-3 Viking, and several other support aircraft type. Also, as an entrepreneur, Ben has owned and operated Executive Aviation Specialists Inc, a private jet maintenance and management company that provided maintenance for operators of Gulfstream and Falcon Jet aircraft. #teamplayer #MartinCare #aircraftmaintenance @flyben46
