Got my Muley back yesterday and on the wall. Taxidermist knocked it out of the park, fantastic job. Couldn’t feel more blessed to have harvested an old public land monarch ! #muledeer #publiclandhunting by @flyfishmerc

Got the Triton out yesterday dodging a few storms managed to coax a few in the boat. Most on the rattle trap, who doesn’t love a good trap bite in the grass. One of my favs ! #bassfishing #falconrods #triton_boats_official #rattletrap #funatthelake by @flyfishmerc

Chased this old dude all season never got an eye on him. They don’t get like this being dumb. Hope he makes it to next year. Had a very weird weather year, some great meals and memorable times with friends. Yesterday morning we had the clouds I knew would make a great sunrise. Turned out to be the one best of the year. Happy 2026 to all my hunting and fishing friends out there !

70 degree day in Tejas today. Wish it was deer hunting weather but if not, get the damn boat out. Fun bite on a finesse jig ! #bassfishing #zmanfishing #winterbassfishing #falconrods #tritonboats by @flyfishmerc

Took my first Mule Deer after a five year adventure for one of these great creatures. With help from Josh and Ty we finally got it done. Passed on a lot of young bucks over the years and was rewarded with a true Monarch buck. He may have been a few years past his prime but I consider myself blessed to harvest a mature buck like this. I am thrilled to be able to post this pic. Thanks to great friends that made this happen for me. Truly grateful! #muledeer #muledeerhunting #newmexicohunting #deerseason #blessedlife taken in Outdoors by @flyfishmerc
