heavy on the scripture 🏋🏽‍♀️

“for this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with
steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love. & for if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.” 2 Peter 1:5 🤍

quick little trip to the Farmers Market 👩🏽‍🌾🧺

It gives me peace of mind knowing that the food is locally sourced, as opposed to shopping at big chains like Costco, Publix, Sprouts etc (which I still shop at, of course) But I do want to start shopping primarily at local markets.

One market down, let’s see how many more I can find. 🕵🏽‍♀️✨

⭐️The egg purchase is BOGO and I believe it ends on August 26th! 🙂‍↕️

Walmart may not be what comes to mind when you think of healthy food options, BUT as we’ve seen in recent newsss even the “health food” stores got some wild things going on.

@walmart

as it turns out they have a lottt of my favorite snacks! 🙂‍↕️

If you’re trying to get started on eating healthy and your worried about your wallet you can start here (:
