OKAY the cinnamon roll seems to be thaaat girllll right now—and rightfully so! because it’s the perfect sweet treat.

I’ve had a few cinnamon rolls here in Orlando but THIS one is my fav.

The fact that they’re using grass fed butter is a game changerrr. It’s SO BUTTERY, SO GOOEY. It just MELTS in your mouth 🧈🧈🧈

It’s literally perfect! If I ever want a cinnamon roll..I now know where to go 😏😋

When I first started running I struggled with the thoughts that probably every one does when they first start running “This sucks. Why the hell am I doing this?” Thankfully, early on in my running journey I remember reading this one phrase and it changed my outlook. It was something like this “Running is the ability to see the world on your own two feet”.

That quote rings truer this year more than ever. Running provided me the opportunity to see many beautiful sunrises, sunsets, roads that seem endless, and everything else in between. It’s opened up my world and allowed new friendships to form in a time that I needed it. Gave me strength and confidence that I didn’t know I had. There’s a lot of people I want to thank but know that I’m grateful and this is a year I will never forget. Let’s see what the world has to show me in 2025.

Don’t stress the numbers, focus on the nutrients. It’s not about counting calories—it’s about counting the quality of what’s on your plate. Choose whole, nourishing ingredients that fuel your body with energy and wellness. #QualityOverQuantity #NourishYourBody #WholeFoodLiving #HealthyChoices
