Swipe ➡️ for our 15-year journey - and if you’ve been thinking about trying a class, take this as your sign. ✨

15 years ago, Chris and Edel fell in love with aerial arts in Argentina and thought: London needs this. A studio that’s not for professionals. Not for the ultra-flexible or the super strong. An aerial hangout that’s for everyone.

So in 2011, we set up in a hard to get to community centre in Battersea - offering London’s first ever drop-in aerial classes. No experience required. Just come and give it a go.

A lot has changed since then - We’ve had studios in Old Street, Farringdon, Wimbledon, Union Street, Peckham and are now the proud parents of two beautiful purpose-built studios.

We’ve had thousands of students through our doors. Celebrated hundreds of upside down birthdays, and have worked with some of the most amazing aerialists on the planet.

But the invitation has always been the same. You don’t need to be fit to start. You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to know what you’re doing. You just need to show up with a sense of adventure and give it a go. You’ll be flying in no time.

Drop-in classes at Bankside & Peckham.

POV: you finally stop saying “I could never do that”

Swipe through to hear from the people who started exactly where you are nervous, unsure, convinced they weren’t “strong enough” or “flexible enough”… and are now flying!

This is more than classes.
It’s confidence.
It’s community.
It’s finding something that makes you feel strong, and empowered.

Whether you want to spin on hoop, climb silks, try sling, or just do something different after work, there’s a place for you here.

Your aerial journey starts with one class!

There are two types of instructors in this world… 👀

Some of us need a soft, gentle approach. 🥹
Some of us need a Robbie. 🫣💀

Coaches: Which one are you?
Students: Which one do you need? 👇

Basic needs? Sorted. 🫡
Aerial. Obviously.

Some people meditate. Some people journal. We hang upside down and call it self-care.

And honestly? Once you try it, you’ll get it.

Your sign to stop watching other people do cool slightly unhinged stuff and come try it yourself.

Comment INTRO and we’ll send you our intro offer so you can book your first 3 classes for £60. taken in Flying Fantastic by @flyingfantastic

Beginners 🤝 Sling

New to aerial and wondering where to start? Sling might just be your new bestie.

The fabric hammock gives you a little extra support, especially when learning to invert, making it a great place to start building your aerial skills.

And before you get too excited… easier doesn’t mean easy. 😂 You’ll still be building strength, coordination and confidence as you go, but that’s all part of the fun!

Ready to get your feet off the floor (and eventually your head below it)?

Comment SLING and we’ll send you our class timetable taken in Flying Fantastic by @flyingfantastic

Did we stutter? 🙃

Bad day? Hang upside down.
Good day? Hang upside down.
Feeling strong? Hang upside down.
No idea what you’re doing with your life? You guessed it… hang upside down.

Honestly, there’s no problem aerial can’t at least temporarily distract you from. Because when you’re upside down, trying to remember which way your legs are supposed to go where on a hoop, silks or trapeze, it’s pretty damn hard to worry about anything else.

Come find your thing, switch your brain off and get yourself in the air.

Book your first class with our intro offer and see what all the hanging about is really about. 👀 taken in Flying Fantastic by @flyingfantastic
