My Pilates era just got an upgrade 🤍✨ Unboxing my new reformer Pilates bed and I couldn’t be more excited🧘🏼‍♀️ Making more time for movement, strength and self-care in the comfort of my own home 🏡 Can’t wait to share all the amazing benefits Pilates has to offer with you all 🫶🏼 @fold_reformer

It’s all in the finishing touches… 🌿

After months of careful restoration, there’s something rather special about seeing all the little details finally come together.

Beautifully crafted wooden Reformer beds, sitting proudly on our new oak flooring, framed by the rich, dark green panelling of the original chapel. A few leafy houseplants, some vintage brass candlesticks and plenty of warm, atmospheric lighting for good measure.

We’ve always wanted this space to feel like so much more than a Pilates studio. Somewhere the history and character of this beautiful old building could sit comfortably alongside its exciting new purpose.

And now, with everything finally finding its place, it’s beginning to feel exactly as we imagined.

Just a couple more days until we share the name and identity of this very special new chapter. 🤎 taken in Adderbury, Oxfordshire by @fold_reformer

After an incredibly busy week, I’m romanticising slow weekend mornings 🫶🏼 coffee, pilates, some small feet on my lap with cartoons on ✨

This is the week first I’ve been back on the reformer after hurting my tailbone (unrelated) and it feels so good 🥰 taking things easy and trying to build some confidence again 🫶🏼

Movement truly is medicine ✨🙌🏼 I do it for mental strength as much as physical for sure 🥰

Have a great weekend ☕️ 🫶🏼 by @fold_reformer

We love to have our head in the clouds, and this past Saturday we spent the morning at @wagtailldn taking in the sunshine and the city views for a rooftop Reformer session with @zoesorensenpilates 🌞🏙️☁️ by @fold_reformer

That’s a wrap 🎬 Welcome to The FÔLD was such a fun and inspiring campaign. The campaign may be over, but Welcome to The FÔLD isn’t going anywhere. It’s our motto and how we show up for ourselves every day. Thank you to all the lovely community members and their furry friends for being part of it. And it wouldn’t be complete without some outtakes… enjoy 😉 by @fold_reformer

EPISODE 5/5: One of FÔLD’s co-founders who has spent his career in health and fitness. “I am a dad and a founder in the same juggle, building what I needed myself.” He built FÔLD so you never have to choose between work, family and staying active.

Thanks for welcoming us to the FÔLD, Matt, The Founder by @fold_reformer
