A little throwback to Bali, when our Movement Mats joined @the_upside for morning Pilates at @thehuntleyvillascanggu. What a way to start the day 💛

Planning a retreat of your own? We'd love to hear about it. Send us a DM to chat about bringing foldUP Movement Mats along.

Let's take a closer look at the fold.

Swipe for three views of our Movement Mat, with the details up close.

A little movement. A lot to smile about.

We love this moment from our studio shoot. Here's to making room for the fun bits too! A laughing woman in rust activewear leans on a black Movement Mat beside two dumbbells. The studio backdrop and floor have been edited to an Azure blue gradient. by @foldup__

A little @goodenergyclub.au Spring Wellness Ritual at @easthotel 💜✨

A gentle morning to move, slow down, connect and fill our cups together.

We gathered at East Hotel for a Pilates-inspired mat flow led by Martina @flowithmm , followed by our seasonal post-Pilates ritual at @goodneighbour.cafe 🍵💬✨

So grateful to everyone who helped make this morning happen:

Congratulations to our lucky door prize winner, who took home a Good Neighbour Cafe brunch gift card, generously gifted by @goodneighbour.cafe 🫶

Sunday, too good not to capture with just one camera. Let’s make it two! 📹💜

Our very first @goodenergyclub.au Winter Wellness Escape was an intimate, elevated morning at the beautiful Mona Farm 🍃

A morning filled with Pilates-inspired movement, guided meditation, nourishment, stillness and connection — creating a little space to slow down, be present and feel gently held in community 💜

A heartfelt thank you to our beautiful friends who helped bring this day to life:

Winter Wellness Community Partner: LSKD (@lskd)
Instructor: Martina (@flowithmm)
Content Creator: Natti C Productions (@natti.cproductions)
Venue: Mona Farm (@monafarm_)

@foldup__ for our movement mats
@lush_ausnz for the self-care in our goodie bags
@beysisofficial for a personalised community gift
@retreatyourself_box for the thoughtful goodies and lucky door moment

And thank you to every woman who joined us and made our very first Escape so special 🥹🫶

Still feeling so grateful for the magic of Sunday. A morning we’ll be replaying for a while — captured from every angle, including a little camcorder nostalgia 📹✨

Here’s to creating more beautiful spaces to move, slow down and reconnect. 💫

Tag someone you’d bring to the next one 💜
Comment “RETREAT” and we’ll send you the waitlist link for our next Escape. 💌
