🌿 Where luxury in nature meets Pilates flow 🤍✨

Our @goodenergyclub.au Pilates & Lattes with @lskd at @beltanafarm brought together our beautiful community of mums and women for a morning of mindful movement, connection and spring sunshine. A little slice of magic surrounded by nature ☀️🌸

A Spring Wellness Ritual filled with Pilates-inspired movement led by the beautiful Que (@pilateswque), flowing on our movement mat of choice from FoldUP (@foldup__) 🩰✨

Followed by relaxed community time, post-Pilates shopping from @lskd and @by.natelli, and an iced matcha latte moment with @bunnybeansnightcafe.kippax 🍵💬

🥰 A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this morning so special. To our friends at @lskd, @mooihair, @candyclawsco and @healthlab, thank you for the beautiful goodies, and to Natti C Productions (@natti.cproductions) for capturing these moments for us to look back on 📸🤍

Thank you for being a part of our wellness in nature experience. A morning to move with intention, slow down, connect with one another and fill our cups in the most beautiful surroundings. 🌿🫶

Here’s to creating more moments that nourish the mind, body and soul.

Never underestimate a woman and her ability to carry a 101 things. When your morning starts at 6.30am and finishes late, every bag and thing I need is with me 🩵

Nobody talks about this one ... long sleeves draw the eye straight to your hips and bum, widening them visually 😲

Roll long sleeves to elbow height and suddenly attention shifts to your waist instead 🤌

Stop using exercise to change the way you look. I've dressed women for a decade - what you wear will do it faster 💃

You don't have to give up the colours you love. You just have to know where they belong ...

If a colour lights you up but makes you look washed out, wear it away from your face - a coloured bag, bold shoes, a statement belt.

You still get the joy, without that colour dimming your light. Every colour has a place on your body. Just not near your face.

So grateful to be part of something bigger, creating spaces and experiences that bring women together to move, connect, fill their cups and make time for themselves 🥰 To share a day like this at Mona Farm @monafarm_, surrounded by this community, was a reminder of how meaningful it is to do what we love with purpose, and together 💜

Take Me Back 💜✨

A Sunday I wish we could bottle up and relive.

Our very first @goodenergyclub.au Winter Wellness Escape at the beautiful Mona Farm 🍃

A morning of movement, meditation, nourishing food, sunshine, connection and the kind of energy that stays with you long after you leave.

Every detail was created with intention — from the beautiful space, to the movement, to the little moments in between. And seeing it all come together was even more special than we imagined. 💜

A heartfelt thank you to the beautiful people who helped bring our vision to life:

Winter Wellness Community Partner: @lskd
Instructor: @flowithmm
