This was made for busy on-the-go moms! Not only does @follynutrition support hair health but they are so easy to take with you and they’re actually delicious too. A little self-care doesn’t have to stop when life gets busy…just take it with you to the pickup line, soccer practice, or wherever the day takes you.

Turns out healthier hair is less about finding one magical product and more about actually being consistent 😂

I’ve been keeping @follynutrition in my everyday routine and focusing on supporting healthy hair growth + stronger, healthier looking hair from within. Simple enough that I’ll actually stick with it. 🤍

What’s one thing you’ve been doing for healthier hair lately?

Still continuing my Folly journey ✨

They recently came out with a new formulation, so of course I’m continuing to put it to the test. I’ve been focusing on not only hair growth, but stronger, healthier-looking hair overall—and I’m excited to see how this next phase goes.

Consider this your reminder that good hair days are a long game 🤍

I was starting to think that postpartum hair loss was just inevitable, and every time my hair would fall out, I would feel a little more defeated, but didn’t think anything would actually help.

I decided to try @follynutrition for 30 days after my friends recommended it, and I am seriously BLOWN AWAY at the difference it’s made. I couldn’t believe the difference when I watched my side by side videos.

In just 30 days, my hair is fuller, thicker, and doesn’t fall out nearly as much as it did.

Thank you Folly 🐻🩷— you’ve just gained a customer for life.

✨If you want to try it too, use my code LAURENASH for 10% off, or comment BEAR and I’ll send the link right to you.

I promise you won’t regret it 🫶🏻
