Girls these gummy‘s are so delicious, I eat them as a snack every day and forget they’re vitamins!

Some nights my nighttime routine is a whole thing, other nights I’m just trying to get to bed, But one thing I DON’T skip? My @follynutrition gummies!

I’ve been taking them for a while now and the difference in my hair from March till now has been CRAZY. 👏🏼

Just a little reminder that sometimes the simplest things are the easiest to stay consistent with. 🫶

I have had such success growing my hair with these gummies. Commitment is key 🔑. Nothing will happen if you don’t give it a try. If I am being honest. There is a reason I call it a journey. It has taken MONTHS to get here…

I feel like we hear so much about postpartum hair loss in the beginning but almost two years later my hair was still feeling dull and blah. I wanted to do one little thing for myself, so I started taking @follynutrition hair gummies!

They have biotin, vitamins, minerals, and ingredients like pumpkin seed oil and nettle root. After a month, my hair feels healthier and I’m finally seeing some shine again.

Mom life makes it easy to forget about yourself, so this has been a little routine just for me 🩷 If your hair’s been feeling blah too, check them out! 🫶
