On vous attend ! by @fond_cypres

ASTEROID PARTY WITH @fond_cypres

Were excited to have Rodolphe & Laetitia of @fond_cypres & the @beattieandroberts team with us on Monday 23rd for the launch of the new Asteroid vintages from our @super8restaureants collaborative wine project, and a wine list takeover.

Asteroid Blanc is a Grenache Blanc with bright minerality and lean fruit character resulting in a crisp, refreshing sip. Asteroid Rouge is a red-fruited juicy blend of red and white grapes with a fresh lightness, we drink it chilled and it doesn’t stay on the table for too long long. The @super8restaurants wine team went to visit in May to blend the cuvées exclusive to our restaurants.

@insta_alb and the team are working on some dishes for the evening, we’ll be serving a selection of seafood from our suppliers @kernowsashimi, @car_y_mor and @frazers_scallops. Think fluffy and crispy omelette with brown crab meat, Scallops grilled over the coals with red nahm Jim, crab claws with jaew bong - just to name a few. Keep your eyes peeled over the next few days for some of the dishes you’ll be eating.

Monday 23rd, 5pm-late. Bring your friends.

Reservations can be made on severooms via the link in our bio and as always we’ll have space for walk-ins.

We hope to see you there!
