One to share with the grandkids…when Dan made @gordongram swim for his dinner. We were stoked to see this one go live last week. Coasteering and seaweed foraging, kayaking & lobster catching - all of our favourite things were shared with this legend & his mate @paulainsw6rth on the new series of ‘uncharted’ on @natgeotv. It’s worth a watch 📺

What a day this was 🌊🔥 Just two weeks ago we were bringing together everything we love about the great outdoors on our Kayak, Fish, Forage & Feast adventure

Exploring our beautiful coastline by kayak, connecting with nature, discovering wild food and coming together to cook and share a feast by the sea.

Days like these are exactly why we do what we do. 💚

Our Autumn Forage & Feast this weekend is sold out, but we're already planning more wild adventures for 2027!

📅 **Save the date — our 2027 events go live on 1 December.**

And if you can't wait until next year, we have just **2 spaces left on our Wild Pizza Workshop on 8 November!**

Apparently my dad took the phrase “go with the flow” very seriously.

He kept trying to paddle us towards the Isle of Wight while I was paddling backwards and offering to swap kayaking partners with anyone else 😂

But honestly, it was such a lovely day. Two hours around Old Harry Rocks with @foreadventure, gorgeous weather and loads of wildlife.

Getting to spend a day doing this kind of thing with my dad again was pretty special 🛶

Gifted experience by @foreadventure

Your last chance to Kayak, Fish, Forage & Feast with us 🌿 🌊🛶 🔥 on 26th September.

Next year’s adventures haven’t been decided yet and this experience may be changing, so this could be your last chance to join us for Kayak, Fish, Forage & Feast in its current format.

Paddle the Dorset coastline, fish from your kayak, pull up our baited pots, forage along the shore and learn about the wild ingredients around us, before cooking up an incredible feast by the sea.

Wild food. Sea air. Great food. One final adventure to end the season on a high.

Saturday 26 September
Last spaces available.

Book now in the bio link with Fore / Adventure.

@foreadventure for the best mermaid (and merman) adventures 🧜🏼‍♀️🤘🏽AD

The tour guides were soooo knowledgeable + fun, if we weren’t kayaking we were laughing and don’t get me STARTED on the view 🫦

Seeing Old Harry up close and personal was suuuch a cool experience having grown up on the Jurassic Coast - an experience I’ll 100% be repeating throughout summer!! (BTW this TOTALLY counts as your hour of exercise for the day 💪🏽)

Whether you’re visiting with:
💌 a partner
🤞🏽your bestie
🥰 or the whole family,
this trip has something in it for EVERYONE

Sun, sea + sensational scenery: the nervous system’s dream combo… what’s not to love!!! @foreadventure you will see us again very soon 🙂‍↕️🩱🫧
