As seen on this weeks Escape to the Country on @bbc 🪸

We were honoured to be featured on the Dorset episode with @sonalishah sharing a glimpse of life on this coastline we’re lucky enough to call home.

From foraging wild seaweed along the shore with @foreadventure and quite literally soaking up nature in our seaweed spa baths, this is what we’re all about… simple, natural, and deeply connected to the land and sea.

Skin care, born in the wild.

If you caught the episode, we’d love to hear what you thought in comments 👇

Autumn skin, beautifully nourished 🍂

As the seasons change, cooler air and central heating can leave skin feeling dry, dull and in need of a little extra care.

Our Radiant Face Oil is a lightweight, fast-absorbing blend of cold-pressed botanical oils and our own wild Dorset seaweed extract, created to nourish, soften and bring back that natural glow.

🌿 Wild serrated wrack seaweed – rich in marine minerals and polyphenols to condition and replenish.

🌿 Grape seed & jojoba oils – lightweight nourishment, rich in beneficial fatty acids.

🌿 Argan, pumpkin seed & rosehip oils – botanical goodness to leave skin feeling soft, smooth and supple.

🌿 Vitamin E – antioxidant care for the changing seasons.

No added fragrance. Just beautifully considered botanical ingredients and the goodness of the sea.

Warm a few drops between your fingertips and gently press into your face and neck as the final step in your skincare ritual.

A little coastal nourishment for autumn days.

Discover our Radiant Face Oil, available to purchase online in our bio link or at our skincare hut at the Sae seaweed spa in Studland.

Welcome to our little corner of Dorset. I’m Jade, co-founder of Saé Seaweed alongside my husband Dan. For me, creating Saé has been a very personal journey.

Living with health conditions, I’ve always found comfort in the sea. It gives me somewhere to breathe, feel calmer and find a little space away from the challenges of living with daily symptoms.

I’m also very sensitive to different skincare ingredients which can cause anaphylactic reactions. Finding natural ingredients that suited and benefited my skin, and enjoying seaweed bathing myself, became part of the inspiration for Saé. I wanted to share something I personally loved and create a haven where others could pause and connect with nature too.

Through our other business, @foreadventure, we’ve spent years sharing the more active side of the Dorset coast. Saé offers a gentle way to enjoy that connection, whether on its own or as a quiet moment after an adventure.

From our bathing huts in Studland to the skincare you take home, that feeling is at the heart of what we’re both creating here at Studland.

Thank you for being part of something that means so much to us 💚

Is the sea your place to find a little calm, too?
I’d love to know what brings you peace.

We go beyond Studland to make your seaweed bath experience special 🌊

Our seaweed foraging licence stretches from Old Harry Rocks in Studland where our seaweed spa is based, past Chapman’s Pool to Portland along one of the most beautiful parts of the Dorset coast.

It’s a reminder of where your seaweed bath begins, out here in the wild, along the shoreline, before it reaches our huts in Studland.

Have you visited this stretch of coast? If not take it from us, it’s time you did.
