Cincinasty with mi familia 🖤☠️ by @forestsoulflow

✨ Big news! I’m stepping into a new chapter at Karuna Wellness Studio — in addition to continuing my role as Senior Dietitian, I’m thrilled to also be taking on the role of Outreach Coordinator!

As always, I’ll still be providing 1:1 medical nutrition therapy rooted in weight-inclusive care for:
🧠 ADHD & executive functioning
🍽️ Eating disorders & disordered eating
🪞 Body image healing
🌿 GI & functional nutrition
🚴🏻‍♀️ Sports nutrition
♀️ Women’s health & hormones
💛 General wellness & intuitive eating

And now, as Outreach Coordinator, I’ll also be working behind the scenes to help Karuna connect more deeply with our community, expand our collaborative partnerships, and build supportive, healing spaces for all.

I’m so excited to grow into this new role and keep doing the work I love — supporting clients in reconnecting with their bodies, food, and themselves. Let’s go! 🌱💫

I’m happy to announce that I can start seeing patients virtually in North Carolina for nutrition counseling! If you are covered by BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, or United Healthcare you may be eligible for free unlimited visits with a Dietitian. Please DM me for more information and to schedule a free intake call today! ✨✨✨

And if you haven’t started following the amazing private practice I work for then you need to fix that now!! @karunaforyou - Check out the link in my bio or go to their website to schedule a free intake call and request an appointment to work with me 💚🌿

🌿 Meet wildly fed.

A little wild. A little neurospicy. A whole lot of heart.

A space where watercolor-stained hands, muddy bike tires, wandering mountain trails, and a different kind of nourishment all belong.

Wildly Fed is my little corner of the world where creativity meets adventure, food freedom meets neurodivergence, and we get to explore what it means to feel nourished beyond the rules.

Think watercolor and wildflowers. Dirtbags at golden hour. ADHD-fueled creative rabbit holes. Mountain adventures that remind us we’re alive. And nutrition without the diet culture bullshit.

As a dietitian, I believe nourishment is about so much more than what’s on your plate. It’s also about curiosity, connection, creativity, rest, joy, and making room for the beautifully messy humans we are.

This isn’t about becoming a better version of yourself.

It’s about making room to be more of yourself.

More wild. More curious. More nourished. More free.

And this is just the beginning.

✨ I have lots of ideas growing behind the scenes, with new offerings, creative projects, and a little more wildness coming soon. Stay tuned as this space takes shape!

Welcome to wildly fed.

Come as you are. Get a little dirt on your hands. Feed your creativity. Follow the trail.

TEAM HARDTAILS: DECKERS CREEK 🤘

Full pull with my numero uno and my cup is overflowing. Watching Jake experience this level of pure joy on a ✨safe✨ bike that’s about to see countless WV trails is the best kind of stoke.

So grateful to call this wild, abundant place home 🧡

Saying goodbye to October 🍂🍁

What a good month you’ve been to us.

There’s something so special about settling into a new home during my favorite season. Experiencing fall here, in a place that finally feels like ours, has been nothing short of liberating. A fresh chapter, more breathing room, and so much gratitude for where life has landed us.

West Virginia, you really do wear autumn well. The mountains, the colors, the winding roads, the wild places. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of watching these hills change with the seasons.

October, you were a good one. Thanks for reminding us that sometimes the best things come after the biggest transitions.

Here’s to soaking up every last bit of fall 🧡 by @forestsoulflow

Almost a decade hungry for this ride 🤘🏻🧡✨

I couldn’t ask for a better season finale with amazing friends and an epic trail that demands every ounce of mental fortitude, an insane amount of snacks, and some good old-fashioned sheer power to get yourself to that sweet, sweet downhill finish (this trail isn’t for the faint of heart) 😂🔥

My legs are cooked, my adhd brain worked overtime, and my heart is absolutely full. Nearly 10 years of wanting to return to this one and damn it delivered!

BBRAP was an absolute riot 🤘🌲🐾

A rowdy WV crew, Dexter in the mix, and trail magic around every corner. Big love for an awesome season of dirt, chaos, and good people. Can’t wait to watch these trails come alive this winter. ❄️🔥

Feeling so grateful for these people, these trails, and this WV life!

“What do you want to be when you grow up?”

Free.
Calm.
Loving.
Creative.

Not smaller. Not busier. Not more impressive. Not constantly trying to prove that I’m enough.

I want to make art, ride bikes in the woods, feel at home in my body, eat without guilt, love without fear, and build a life that actually feels like mine.

Less performing. Less striving. Less living by rules that were never mine to begin with.

More creating. More exploring. More softness. More dirt under my fingernails. More trust in myself.

Maybe growing up isn’t about becoming everything the world expects of us.

Maybe it’s about unlearning all the things that keep us from being who we already are. 🌿

Three dirtbags at golden hour 🖤🍂 by @forestsoulflow

Two full weekends with this crew 🍂🍁🧡✨ by @forestsoulflow

it’s cringe until you hear someone say “you inspired me to start riding.” 🥹

You don’t have to race. You don’t have to stand on a podium. You don’t have to constantly chase the next level, bigger jumps, or gnarlier trails to be someone worth looking up to.

Just show up. Ride your ride. Share the stoke. Be unapologetically yourself.

Because maybe the thing you think is cringe is the exact thing that makes someone else feel like they belong in this sport, too 🤘 by @forestsoulflow
