Sometimes it starts with a conversation.
Sometimes with a question.
Sometimes with a walk, a game, or a moment of stillness.

Here’s a small glimpse of this year’s Forming Impact Leadership Gathering on Necker Island. by @forming.impact

The island gave us five days. The people gave us a great deal more.

Forty-five leaders. One extraordinary stretch of time. Conversations that went deeper than most, and a new friendships that will outlast the week by years.

This is what staying close to purpose looks like, when you do it together.

🏝️✨

The conversations matter. The sessions matter.

But so does this.

Shared adventures. Belly laughs. Late-night chats. Dancing barefoot. Watching the sunset together.

Because relationships aren’t built only in the moments when we’re learning from each other - they’re built in the genuine moments when we’re simply being human together.

The island gives us space for both.

What a brilliant gathering in Nashville!

Filled with meaningful conversations, shared laughter, and that unmistakable Forming Impact energy.

So grateful for the chance to slow down, connect in person, and feel the power of our community coming together. ❤️

Some weeks stay with you long after the sun sets.

It wasn’t just a summer house in Greece. It was a space for big questions, open hearts, and laughter by the pool.

✨ Greece, you gave us more than sunshine.

This summer house wasn’t just about the setting, though the turquoise waters and golden evenings certainly played their part. What made it unforgettable were the people.

Conversations flowed easily, unforced and unpolished. Big questions surfaced at dinner tables and around the pool, asked with genuine curiosity and answered with complete openness and vulnerability. There was a quiet rhythm to the week: people drifting in and out of sessions, pausing to journal, returning to share. No expectations, just trust that however we showed up, we were welcome.

There’s a saying that fish in the water don’t notice the water. But here, the “water” was impossible to miss, saturated with incredible people, their stories, their courage, their willingness to learn and grow together. To be immersed in that felt like awe, most of the day.

Grateful for every conversation, every laugh, every reflection. Until next time. 🌊💫 by @forming.impact

Attending our third @sigmasquaredsociety Summit in Valencia last week was an inspiring experience. The event brought together hundreds of dynamic young minds, including over 20 members of our Forming Impact community. We reconnected, shared insights, and enjoyed each other’s company.

Saturday was filled with insightful talks that sparked fresh perspectives, followed by engaging breakout sessions on Sunday. Saturday night was a highlight, with DJing, salsa, and celebrations after a private dinner in a beautiful Valencia Palacio on Friday.

A particularly meaningful moment was our time spent with locals in the flood-impacted region of Castellar. While close to the city, this area faced severe yet localized impacts from devastating floods. Being there, supporting, listening, and learning from their experiences deeply touched us all.

This experience reinforced a fundamental truth: the power of showing up, actively listening, and being present for one another – in both moments of joy and times of challenge.

As we return home, we’re reminded that the best journeys combine purpose with learning, always finding joy along the way. And yes, taking time to rest afterwards is essential for sustainable impact. taken in València by @forming.impact
