Ever wonder what you could learn from @richardbranson

Méline visited Necker Island with @forming.impact to find out ⬇️

1. Presence is the real productivity hack🧠
The best ideas don’t come from chasing them, they come from rooms where you’re fully there. Before ambition, there’s a body that needs to breathe.

2. Let your body and mind breath🧘‍♀️
A long exhale is the fastest reset you have, remember to use it.

3. Make joy part of the ritual, not the reward✨
Play isn’t what you earn after work, it’s what keeps you well enough to do it.

the most magical week with the best people 🏝️✨

We learnt, laughed, shared, got inspired and made beautiful memories together. But it was so much more than that. It was about giving back 🤍

I had the opportunity to share my work on children’s health and malnutrition with some amazing people in the room at the helm of impact and philanthropy. And I’m proud to say that we’ve launched a partnership between @healthsetgoeducation and @forming.impact to empower thousands of children in India with essential nutrition to eliminate anemia, a health crisis that affects over 100 million children ✨

A big thank you to @fionajmacintyre for making this happen and for believing in me and my work 🤍 Excited to see the collective impact that this week creates for our future generations!

Sitting poolside with @richardbranson , having one of the best conversations of my life about my work while he tried a healthsetgo gummy was not on my 2026 bingo card; but not only did that happen, I spent the next few days having the most incredible moments with a person I can only describe as a living legend and a role model for me ✨

I feel incredibly grateful to be able to spend this much time with one of the greatest minds of our generation. Someone for whom no vision is too big, no idea is too crazy and nothing is impossible. Not many people can say they signed the Rolling Stones and flew to the Moon on their own rocket in the same line! Yet he’s incredibly humble, kind, and so ready to share everything he’s learnt with people like me who’re just starting to make their mark in the world 🌍

My highlights?
1. Beating RB at Tennis! He clearly doesn’t like losing :)
2. Spending an afternoon watching a World Cup match with him at his house where he casually spoke about his time with Sir Elton John 🥹
3. Hearing him talk about his experience pranking British Airways #iykyk
4. Jumping into the pool right after his talk!
5. Spontaneously dancing on tables 🪩

Thank you Richard for welcoming me into your home and for inspiring me to 100x my vision for @healthsetgoeducation 🤍

Necker Island: Where Impossible Ideas Come to Life ✨💡

They say never meet your heroes, but Sir Richard Branson proved to Méline this couldn’t be further from the truth!

“Sometimes our heroes become even more heroic when we meet them in person. Sir Richard reminded me that true leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room, it’s about making everyone else feel heard.

Being surrounded by these passionate visionaries reminded me why stepping outside our routines matters - it’s where we grow, connect deeply, and rediscover our purpose. 🙌

Here’s to more moments that challenge us to grow and remind us why we do what we do.”

I came to witness magical moments. I left with 40 friends made for life, an unlimited source of energy from the island and a newly found admiration for Richard Branson who leads with purpose and joy for life… and the great mantra that “all tables are made for dancing”. To many more dances on tables (including billiard tables 💁🏻‍♀️)
