We’re not waiting until January to get our act together, and we’re DEFINITELY not letting the holiday season steal our momentum.

KEEP IT LIT kicks off November 1, just in time to celebrate 8 years of FORM! You’ve got 60 days to hit your goal, keep showing up, and make a little cake while you’re at it 🍑

20, 30, or 40 classes, you pick. Who’s ready to finish the year a little stronger? 🔥

Starting is usually the hardest part. Once you’re here, you’ll have a coach, a community, and a room full of people rooting for you.

Welcome to FORM 💗

OMG is truly all we have to say 🙂‍↔️

A weekend full of heated classes, cold plunges, cake, balloons, birthday fits, new merch and our favorite people coming through to celebrate one year of FORMAT!!

It was such a good reminder of how much can happen in a year, and how lucky we are to have the community we do. One year of FORMAT, and we’re just getting started.

Thank you FORM fam 💖
