Lesson learned: take heated mat in the morning before you work a full shift and wear 4 inch heels all day 🫣😮‍💨

But glad I tried 🤸‍♀️

AUGUST was a blur so Thank God for my camera roll. I’m doing my best.

First day back at work was such a treat bc my client and friend Kristin, who lives in London came in!

Cousin coffee date with our babies 👶🏽

Bodhi is telling Dad he only likes the chill songs.

My friend went out of town and told me to use her pool. I had some time when Bodhi was sleeping to go and lay out and submerge under water. Such a blessing. Thank you Meg 🥹🫶🏼

What can I say? This was one of the most special days of my life. Thank you @formlagree for creating this community and giving me a home.

When I started doing #lagree in 2019, I made a point of visiting every studio in town. When I walked through the doors of the first studio on Washington Ave. and did my first FORM workout with @kerileeboswell I knew I had found the place for me.

But @formlagree is bigger than me and I love being part of something that connects me to other people around me. Everyone here has pushed me to push myself. I hope that I have similarly given back. I cannot wait for the next badass to hit 200k.

Thank you to everyone for making me feel accepted and celebrated. I really love this place and everyone who makes it happen—every instructor, support staff member, and every human iqho has ever swear it out and pushed through the hard crap we do here with me. I love each and every one of you.

Onward to 3000. Let’s gooooooo!

Felt like I was at the club for this Lagree session minus the hangover the next day! 🪩✨
So fun yet the girlies didn't come to play either❗💪🏽
If you are in Houston this licensed Lagree studio is on Equinox level vibes and they also offer infrared heat mat Pilates.
The chilled towel after your workout was a nice touch. 👌🏽

I’m really not playing. This week I’m doing the heated mat class @formlagree every day 😅

Routines have completely changed my life and specifically my nervous system. Lately I added @abib.global collagen eye patches to my morning skincare routine and @formlagree to my weekly fitness routine. The classes have been helping my nervous system learn to relax from exposure therapy. The heated mat classes and the muscle failure push me to get out of my mind and into my body. This shocks my nervous system in the best way. If you want to take a class you get a discount by using BROOKLYN10. See you there bestie ✨
