First Pilates class in over a year & your girl surviveddd 🤭✨

Such a sweet morning at @fortuna.fit 🤍 I was a little nervous going in after being away from Pilates for so long, but Coach Ren created such a welcoming, inclusive space that those nerves disappeared pretty quickly☺️

Had a great class with @fortuna.fit & my girls! The space is beautiful, the energy is amazing, and the workout was definitely spicy 🌶️

Ren is the heart behind this studio . She’s a strength training & Pilates instructor specializing in supporting women through their pre- and post-natal journey, while intentionally creating a space that welcomes and supports moms. 🤍

Haven’t done Pilates in like 5 years… and wow, I forgot how spicy it can be ❤️‍🔥
Loved discovering @fortuna.fit in Palm Springs. It’s Latina-owned, offers classes in English and Spanish, and even has a Pilates y Perreo class 💃🏻

They also offer prenatal classes and have a little space for kids to play, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch.

Once you complete this workshop you can take intermediate PSM classes. 😍

We finished renovations and I started coaching 1:1 clients in our new space! We also had our first pop dance class. ✨

I didn’t start here.
I would have never gotten up early, grabbed weights, known what to do on my own.
In 2017, I was living in NYC, working in advertising. I knew that career path wasn’t for me — I needed movement in my life.
So I applied, auditioned against 80 people, and got the job as a personal trainer at Equinox. Starting from scratch, minimum wage — that part was rough. But I knew I wanted to help people feel strong and confident. Turns out I needed that too.
It’s been almost 10 years since that big career change. I moved cross country and trained at Equinox in LA, then the pandemic hit — and that’s when I went out on my own, training clients online until I found my way to Palm Springs.Thanks for listening — just wanted to share where I started and where we’re going.✨
