Looking for a spicy Pilates class that’s truly made for everybody?! 🔥🧘🏻‍♀️

Go check out Palm Springs’ newest Pilates studio, @fortuna.fit ✨

🤍 Latina-owned & women-owned business!

Ren is seriously SO sweet, knowledgeable, and attentive. Even in a group class, she makes sure everyone feels seen, challenged, and comfortable while learning how to move with their body.

And I LOVE that she offers classes in Spanish + prenatal Pilates for all the mamas-to-be! 🤰🏻🤍

If you’re looking for a fun workout, a welcoming environment, and an instructor who genuinely cares about her clients

Ren really is THAT GURL. 💅🏼🔥

10/10 recommend adding Fortuna Fit to your Pilates rotation! ✨

First Pilates class in over a year & your girl surviveddd 🤭✨

Such a sweet morning at @fortuna.fit 🤍 I was a little nervous going in after being away from Pilates for so long, but Coach Ren created such a welcoming, inclusive space that those nerves disappeared pretty quickly☺️

My kind of therapy 🤍✨

Had a great class with @fortuna.fit & my girls! The space is beautiful, the energy is amazing, and the workout was definitely spicy 🌶️

Ren is the heart behind this studio . She’s a strength training & Pilates instructor specializing in supporting women through their pre- and post-natal journey, while intentionally creating a space that welcomes and supports moms. 🤍

Love what she’s creating for women and moms in our community! ✨#pilates #palmsprings #palmspringspilates

Haven’t done Pilates in like 5 years… and wow, I forgot how spicy it can be ❤️‍🔥
Loved discovering @fortuna.fit in Palm Springs. It’s Latina-owned, offers classes in English and Spanish, and even has a Pilates y Perreo class 💃🏻

They also offer prenatal classes and have a little space for kids to play, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch.

Thank you @fortuna.fit for having me! 🤍

All of these students had never learned this choreography before.
Last week, they performed the whole thing on camera. 💜

This is why I love teaching in a course format - every week we build on what we learned before:
✨ technique
✨ posture
✨ musicality (yes, even if you walked in thinking “I have zero rhythm”)
✨ confidence
✨ choreography

It’s not about becoming perfect in 4 weeks. It’s about giving yourself the time to grow.

And if you’re worried you’ll fall, wobble, or feel awkward at first - good news, so did they. That’s what week one is for.

💜 New High Heels Course starts July 16 (4 Thursdays, 7–8:30pm)
📍 Step by Step Dance Studio, Palm Springs
✨ Beginner friendly
✨ Small group
✨ Private WhatsApp group so you’re never lost between classes — I’m there with you the whole way

You can join for a single class, but the real growth happens when you take the full course.

Comment HEELS and I’ll send you all the details, or follow the link in my bio to reserve your spot.
