Hi internet, we are the owners of Foster Creativity! We’re a husband & wife duo that have lived in the Foster-Powell neighborhood since 2016. We are big @thornsfc fans, and we’re a part of the @pdxsoapboxderby team: Portland Peaches 🌲 🍑 Read about us below:

Paul: As a mechanical engineer, machinist & welder that also has a passion for woodworking, he’s a maker of many trades and a DIY connoisseur. If there’s a blueprint, he’ll build it! He also enjoys smoking meat, cooking in cast iron & loves motorcycling through Oregon and the PNW 🍳 🏍️

Nikki: An asset manager & renewable energy expert by trade, and finished her MBA Dec 2024. Her maker craft is primarily in refurbishing electronics & gaming consoles to give them a new life. She enjoys all things Nintendo, loves to read, and works various charity events in her spare time 🕹️✨

Commissions aren’t limited to furniture, if you have an idea, we are here to make it! Our latest commission in the books is a beautiful maple and walnut Yin Yang wall art piece soon headed to its forever home in a tai chi studio in SoCal.

Huge shoutout to @oakaquarium for the help with laser etching the customers mantra.
