Our kid’s classes build confidence, encourage hard work, instill leadership skills, and so much more! Join us on the mats and experience a family friendly atmosphere, lead by head instructor Professor James “300” Foster, a 5th Degree Black Belt, 3x Master World Champion, with over two decades as a full time instructor, and nearly 3 decades of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience and knowledge. #fosterbjj #bjj #brazilianjiujitsu #kent #kentwa #kentwashington #seattle taken in Foster Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu by @fosterjiujitsu

For the first time in years, Professor Foster did not attend the Master Worlds/Jiu-Jitsu Con tournament but we couldn’t be more proud of our team and friends that went!

Coach Michelle took silver! Matt and Jaime had tough first matches but showed excellent jiu jitsu. Hillary, our friend and owner of @unicornjiujitsupdx brought home gold! Serenity took silver in gi at Jiu Jitsu Con. Olive took Gold in gi and bronze in no-gi at Jiu Jitsu Con!

Huge thanks to Bingo (@phantombjj1) and Giva (@givoss) and our assistant coaches for your help in our absence! taken in Las Vegas Convention Center by @fosterjiujitsu
