What a way to end the Revolution for the year. We continue to fight through long tough brackets and time and time again I see that none of it can be done without God. My ability to compete against anyone, remain safe, and fight injuries is dependent on God’s timing and healing. Despite going through my first injuries in my jiujitsu journey we still found a way to finish in the top of four. The bigger lesson is that no tournament is worth a career ending injury. Never sacrifice the long game for the short gain. In the end I get to laugh it off with my amazing friends in the sport. Thank you and remember that all the glory belongs to God. The fight and road to worlds will continue ❤️❤️ #fightpn #worlds

Washington, a great time, full of great connection with friends, family, and nature. I got to drop in to a couple of awesome schools while I was there as well. Learned a lot and met some awesome people! I will be back!

You can have a wonderful life and still struggle with your mental health.

The past couple of weeks have been one hell of an emotional roller coaster. Anxiety, anger, sadness, frustration, happiness, joy, and everything in between.

But through it all, I've been reminded just how much I have to be grateful for.

I have a wonderful family, a small circle of friends I keep close, and people in my life who genuinely love and support me.

I'm back on the mats training Jiu-Jitsu, getting back into photography and videography, and finding joy in the things that make me who I am.

I'm also incredibly grateful for my therapist, who's helped me become more self-aware, understand my emotions, and recognize that not every feeling requires an immediate reaction.

One of the biggest lessons I'm continuing to learn is that taking care of yourself isn't selfish.

You can love and support the people around you without neglecting your own mental and emotional well-being.

Especially as men, we need to remember that it's okay to struggle, to cry, to be vulnerable, and to ask for help.

I'm not perfect. I still overthink, worry, and occasionally get in my own way. But I'm learning, growing, and making progress.

And despite the ups and downs, I can honestly say my life is pretty fucking wonderful.

Be kind to yourself. Prioritize your mental health. And give yourself the same love, patience, and grace you give to others.

Happy World Mental Health Day. ❤️

I started training jiu-jitsu in 2005. More than 20 years later, I’m finding my way back onto the mats again—even if, for now, it’s just one night a week.

Cycling has become an enormous part of my life, and I still love every challenge and benefit that comes with it. But jiu-jitsu will always hold a different place in my heart.

It’s also where Zach @chango_1996 and I get our time together.

I’ve spent plenty of years chasing belts, promotions, and accomplishments. These days, sharing the mats with my son is worth more than any of them. 🥋❤️

Competing in my first major tournament as a yellow belt was a challenge I’ll never forget.

To my parents, thank you for always supporting me, believing in me, and making the sacrifices that allow me to chase this dream.

To Professors Foster @fosterjiujitsu, Bingo @phantombjj1, and Coaches thank you for your guidance, patience, and belief in me. I’m grateful for every lesson, both on and off the mats. @pushingdreamsorganization

Congratulations to all our athletes this weekend @ibjjf World Masters / JJ Con

A special congratulations to:

@worstcasecanario / @autorebjj - 2026 Masters World Champion - Purple Belt M2 🥇(also congrats on your promotion to brown belt )

@wagsbjj / @fosterjiujitsu @one_jiujitsu - 2026 Masters Worlds Silver - Black Belt M6 🥈

Extremely proud of everyone that competed, and regardless of the outcome, you showed up, put in the work, and left it all out there on the mats.

It’s been a privilege to be able to have a part in your journeys in jiu jitsu, and seeing how much everyone has grown on and off the mat is what HPG stands for.

We all came out better humans, not just as athletes.

I didn’t get the gold, but I am better than I was yesterday. I gained knowledge and experience that you can only get from preparing for tournaments.

Thank you to all my jiujitsu families and friends. I have been lucky enough to train with some amazing teams and people over the last year and appreciate the community we have all built together. Also a big thanks to @humanperformancegroup for getting my body dialed in and ready.
