Winki pop found fin stats. Counted 250 fins found along the reef of Winki and Bells over the last eight years. Community contribution left for me are included, thank you 🙏 . As these are found from a right hand point break, I thought it might be interesting if there were any patterns, like inside edge fin breaking more than outside edge. Bit of a laugh. Enjoy. #foundafin #winkipop #giftsfromthesea by @foundafin

Sunday morning reef wandering, beautifully still with a small leftover swell. No fins today but always something awesome to be seen. Happy day to all that scored a relaxing runner down the reef. #winkipop #foundafin #surfcoast #giftsfromthesea #surf by @foundafin

Saturday morning reef walks. Love the spring conditions, overcast light off shores and a fun small swell running. One fin found and a new wheel to keep me going, the rest was stuck and waiting for another day. #winkipop #foundafin #surfcoast #giftsfromthesea #surf by @foundafin

Thursday morning wandering, tried to spot my daughter in the line up unsuccessfully but finally found a fin! Yay. Few fun chunks out there for those who scored. #winkipop #foundafin #surfcoast #giftsfromthesea #surf by @foundafin

First proper low tide last night. Thought it might present a few hidden fins. Awesome seeing the new spring growth of seaweeds. Surf picked up with a few random chunks. I got to the top of the reef without finding anything, I must have been looking too hard as I turned around to see a familiar sight. Gotta love the community, a fellow surfer walking towards me with a found fin in hand. Makes me smile. Thank you 🙏. #winkipop #foundafin #surfcoast #giftsfromthesea #community by @foundafin

Saturday morning stroll down the reef. Still some fun coming through with a bit of weekend congestion. Those who got first light probably got the best of it. No found fins this week. #winkipop #foundafin #surfcoast #surf by @foundafin

Quick high tide rock hop Pilates. One solo surfer revels and joined by another. Tagging some small runners, these windows are sometimes more rewarding than the perfect days with crowds. No finsday. #winkipop #foundafin #surfcoast #surf by @foundafin

Nice and quiet on the reef this morning with a few locals enjoying the sunny morning. I haven’t been able to get down to the reef for a few days. Nothing better to reinvigorate the senses while soaking up the environment we live in. One fin found, with the word Proteck, we definitely need to protect these places for the true locals that live and feed off the reef and coast. I’ve never come across a blue tongue on the reef edge before. A fine morning to all. #winkipop #foundafin #surfcoast #giftsfromthesea by @foundafin

Sunny Sunday morning at winki. No fins found today. #winkipop #foundafin #surfcoast #surf by @foundafin

Saturday morning at Winki Pop, some fun waves and a groms paradise. Well done to those who got a few. #winkipop #foundafin #surfcoast #surf by @foundafin
